The room smelled a little like feces. Since the property allows pets I suspect there was a pile of feces somewhere in the room. Other than that the accommodations were good.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Location was convenient and the area offers plenty of options for food and shopping close by. Although the downstairs areas were renovated, our room was not. 1. Sewer smell coming from bathroom. 2. Brown water out of shower 3. Microwave and phone not working. 4. Fridge cabinet door barely hanging on by one hinge. 5. Mold along sink and drain plug in tub inoperable. Due to the circumstances and cumulative discovery of all of these items over the time of our stay, it was not conducive to requesting a room change. If they were discovered at the beginning of our stay, we certainly would have done that. We did make the property aware of the issues and while they were apologetic, made no effort to make things right to ensure our booking in the future. As a long-term Expedia customer and having experienced several similar circumstances over the years at different properties, it has caused me to wonder if guests who book through booking sites like Expedia are placed in substandard/less desirable rooms compared to those who book directly with the hotel chain. There is a sense that we have no recourse other than to post a less than stellar review.

I stay for a weekend in 2 queen BR with my cousin. Plenty of parking in shopping mall, very quiet. I ate from Panera, got scare from reviews of Japanese place next door. I found it centrally located from my reunion place. Continental breakfast. I will stay there again when in the area

the only problem I had was with the shower - the shower diverter handle fell off when I used the shower. Reported to the front desk. was not repaired while i stayed but the shower worked alright. Third floor hall rug needs to be replaced it is lumped up -a possible trip hazarded.

Conveniently located to the highway for quick dinner, shopping options and necessitities. The hotel is very quiet and I could not hear neighbors TVs, etc. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating at the front desk and at breakfast. My only two dings on the experience was the quality of the breakfast & coffee, and the shower pressure / temperatures were tough to dial into a comfortable setting. I would stay here again, regardless. Overall, very pleasant!

I like the the set up of the rooms, the locality of the hotel, and the staff attends to your needs immediately. What I don’t like is there are only two handicap parking spaces and there are not enough parking spaces close to the entrance of the hotel. Parking needs to be changed to accommodate handicap guests better.

Found a used needle in the bushes in front of the hotel. We put it in a cup and gave it to the front desk who asked "What do you want me to do with it" to which we stated "Maybe dispose of it properly so that no one's kid or pet picks it up or steps in it by accident. Cue the eye-roll and attitude about not wanting to touch the sealed cup that the needle was placed into.

The hotel offered breakfast, as well as the small touches. Hair dryer, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There was even a basket of feminine products in the lobby restroom. The hotel was clean, pet friendly, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
