“A lovely getaway”
Very beautiful as you walked in to the hotel. Was greeted as you walked in. Very helpful with everything, close to the airport and to the interstate which was perfect for all activities that we had planned for the weekend. Well be glad to visit it once again.
“Very Impressed with service”
This hotel if great for families....it has a pool, food service, breakfast included and bar.
“We'll Stay There Again”
We enjoyed the accomodations completely. The breakfast was incredible and delicious. We looked forward to it both mornings! We do recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillow cases are pretty uncomfortable from a lack of fabric softener? Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again!
“Wanting to go back”
The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions in a kind way. The food was great. Trying to find a way to go back soon.
“Every Suite is Sweet”
The suite was very spacious and the amenities were good. The living room has comfortable chairs, a roomy couch/convertible bed, and an adequate dining area. The bedroom made sleeping easy and pleasurable. Although the hotel's fitness room is sparse the pool and spa are delightful with its glass ceiling and walls providing great views of the surrounding foliage. I also enjoyed the complementary full breakfast with eggs made to order. I will definitely return to this hotel.
“the room accomdation was the best ever!thanks”
excellent
“The best”
This hotel was conveniently located near the BWI airport, but also accessible to the city via the freeway. We found the accomodations impeccable and the staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this facility again.
“Embass Suites Hotel is the BEST”
This is the best hotel I have ever been in. Always clean. Staff always pleasant. Breakfast is a great plus. Rooms are very comfortable. I have been to this BWI location a couple of times, but even when I go out of town, I look for Embassy. Stayed at the Embassy in Orlando Florida in 2009.
“Great facility and location”
Over four days, we were visiting four nearby cities, and this hotel was perfect for accessing each by car, without the cost of staying downtown. Ten minutes to Inner Harbor, 20 to Annapolis, 30 to DC, and 60 to Frederick. Plus, free hotel shuttle to Amtrak/light rail line. Very clean, plus friendly and helpful staff. Slight problem with regulating AC in room, but otherwise very pleased.
“Second time there and will return again”
This is our second time staying at Embassy Suites and we'll be back. He hotel offers everything we need and the kids love it! The suite style room is great, we stayed at the larger version the second time and it's definitely worth it! Not only do you get more room, you get an extra window to the outside in the living room. The kids love the pool and we the hot tub. The complimentary breakfast is superb - made to order omlets and the full gammet of home fries, sausages, bacon, fruit, cereal, coffee, juices, warm baked goods.... ahhh! We had room service last time and it was great! A bit pricey, but totally worth it! It's only 5 mins away from Baltimore Inner Harbor, we went there twice for dinner and walking around and then got back to our comfy suite, a dip in the pool, etc. The hotel staff is superb! Highly professional, courteous, and warm. Thank you!
