Comfortable and Spacious
This rooms in this hotel has plenty of space and a high level of comfort for the price I paid. I recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who takes a trip to Baltimore or is stranded and has to spend at least one night here.

Unsafe neighborhood, room service came and refreshed towels, but did not remake bed and did not restock toilet paper, screw points poking through one side of wall, safe was broken, toilet was positioned almost underneath sink, no fridge/microwave/coffee maker as those are only in studio at motel six And this is not very well advertised on Expedia or other websites. Ice machine unplugged.

The check in was fine but once in the room there was no microwave nor fridge. The outlets in the room didn't work so charging my phone wasn't an option. When asking the front desk where I could heat up my food, I was told I would have to pay $10 to get a room with a microwave then was told I couldn't because I reserved a room with Motel 6. Very difficult process.

The pictures of our place looked like it had a microwave and refrigerator. Very frustrated to find out it didn't. After a long day out went to take a shower, and no hot water. Had to wait until morning to have hot water for a bath.

Room dirty. Dead bugs on floor. Saw 3 roaches. No remote for t.v. Loud people early hours in the morning. Will never stay again. EVER. Stay away from the lower level rooms. No mini fridge or microwave. Glad i only stayed for one night.

Bed bugs.too much cleaning staff noises at the lobby makes stay very uncomfortable.Unsafe living conditions. Downstairs rooms r not safe to spend night. Front staff will try to give you low quality unsafe rooms. Demand to get a room in a locked lobby. Check out Front desk staff very unprofessional was giving hard time at check out.

Incredibly unclean property. Floors were so dirty they left black stains on our feet. Room smelled heavily of smoke and grim. Two showers at home later and still feel gross. Furthermore, we walked in at check in to sn argument between the clerk and a family about billing and pre-payment. The clerk’s implicit to explicit racism towards this family of color was disgusting and he referenced calling the police several times when this family (with a small child) was confused over billing and want to speak to a manager. To make matters worse, the clerk referenced that we, a non-person of color, pre-paid correctly just furthered the disgusting way this family was being treated. We should have walked out and not stayed. Avoid at all cost.

Unfortunately there was a horrific triple shooting on the morning that we left, and one person lost their life. We will not be returning to the property for fear of my family's well being.

My room was very neat and CLEAN !!There was one inconvenience I had to get new key every day. My stay was 4 days. I did leave a 5 dollar tip for housekeeping The property was well kept!

The hotel was not what I expected. No iron or ironing board. The non smoking room smell like someone had been smoking in the rooms. I requested a change of room and the condition in the other room was still the same.

We do offer guest rooms on the other half of the hotel in our Studio 6 Suites and those rooms have the iron, ironing board, coffee maker, and alarm clocks. Says no smoking. Everywhere smells like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not clean, handles missing on dresser. Smells and just not a what i expected when i called and they said they had renovated the property. I was glad we were only there for 1 night. Yes its a motel and i didnt expect extravagant, however if you tell someone its been renovated, i would at least expect cleanliness and some type of upgrades. Not missing handles dirty atmosphere
