The bathroom exhaust did not work!!!! We needed more light. No luggage carts on arrival. No effort to find a luggage cart. Did not get one. Had to carry all of our things with out a cart😖😤

Wall paper was half on the wall, sprinklers were so rusted I’m not sure they would even work, deadbolt was hard to lock from the inside, sheets had holes and stains, claims to be smoke free yet the whole place reeks of cigarettes. Bed was comfy, bathroom was decent, but the wallpaper falling off looked like there could have been a hole behind it. Wouldn’t stay here again, luckily I was only there for a couple hours.

I liked that it was convenient when finding another hotel. I disliked that ai had small ants on my bathroom sink and ai used disinfectant to kill and clean area. I overhear another customer reporting a mouse in her room. There was no door number on our room and housekeeping did not clean our room after ai approached them early in the morning and asked the housekeeping staff to clean my bathrooms which they did not do or empty trash I left in the trash can near the door. Poor customer service. Will not be staying again. I do have pictures to back up some of my concerns.

Good luck with this place
The entire facility smell like marijuana. No push cart to bring my luggage in. I had to carry all my stuff to 3rd floor in 3 trips. Have to use the entrance from Total Wine and drive around the back. Entrance was barricaded.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. When I arrived the in the room there was a door that go into the next room normally in any hotel that door is locked, but not mines so I asked for a new room. Once I got into the next room it was not bad at first but when I came back inside after watching a movie I noticed there was a pee smell coming from the bed, unfortunately whoever had the room prior peed in a spot on the bed but did not tell the cleaning crew so they could clean it properly. I discovered this at about 2am, but I was so tired I just slept at the bottom on the other side of the bed. My final straw was at 4:30am of my checkout date, I noticed a small mouse run past the heater/ac. I left immediately. Do not waste your money!

The first room they put us in, the shower ran on cold water only! The tub had a crack in it and the room stank! The heater on the wall kept making a horrible sound when it came on! The clock was broken (granted we have our cell phones to tell time! However if youre offering this service then make sure they work)!! The second room had water damage to the ceiling. Also thwre was homeless shelter for their local DSS. Had people.hanging at the front doors smoking joints.

This Comfort Inn was dark and dirty. The lobby area chairs were dirty to sit on. The smell of the motel was not freshThe handicap ramp was made of cardboard. My family and I ignored the red flags and still checked-in. In rooms 208 and 210 both had roaches crawling in the sink along with black stripes of dirt in the tub. The hall ceiling had repeated water spots as we walk down the Corridor. This Comfort Inn was a ABSOLUTE NO and should be taken off Expedia‘s website

I can’t believe this is a real hotel. Everything was filthy. Shampoo/soap previously used. Broken pictures on wall. Furniture did not fit in room. We slept with all lights on because we were afraid the roaches would come out at night. Front desk guy spoke in grunts. The ladies that ran the breakfast were nice though.
