Not a 5* Experience in Corona Time
COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice.

not worth the price
This hotel is nice but way overpriced. It is located in a very small town but you pay 319 Euro per night plus 16 Euro for parking. This brings the total cost to 335 Euro which is equal to $368 a night. I can't remember having paid this much in big cities like Rome or Paris.

Wir lieben dieses Hotem! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, es ist Alles wunderschön eingerichtet und organisiert, in allen Ecken sauber, Pool und Saunabereich traumhaft schön und auf bestem Standard! Unser bisher schönstes Hotel!

Wir hatten 2 gleiche Zimmer gebucht, leider waren sie sehr unterschiedlich. Wärend das ein groß, hell und sehr gut eingericht, war das andere genau das Gegenteil. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Lækkert hotel, også i lavsæsonen.
Fantastiske omgivelser der må være et sandt paradis om sommeren. Dejligt værelse med masser af plads og lækker udsigt. Madrasserne på sengene var dog hårde, så det gav ikke helt den forventede søvn om natten. Det var heller ikke muligt at koble egen tablet, og dermed TV pakke, til det fine fjernsyn. Vandtrykket i bruser var også noget tilbage at forvente. Restaurationen levede ikke helt op til det forventede niveau. Rumpsteak var bestilt RARE, men blev serveret næsten gennemstegt. Andebryst var til gengæld rød. Tjeneren tilbød en kompensation i form af "en schnaps" eller en omgang drikkevarer. En dekort på regningen kunne måske have været mere passende.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer incl. Sanitär. Wir können das Hotel ausdrücklich weiter empfehlen. Einziges wirklich kleines Manko, der als "Hervorragend" eingestuften Unterkunft, ist das Frühstücksangebot, welches qualitativ verbessert werden könnte. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, da der Timmendorf Strand mit vielversprechenden und guten gastronomischen Betrieben aufwarten kann.

Telefon defekt, Dusche wenig Wasser nur eiskalt oder ganz heiß,Gardinen nicht dunkel, Restaurant leer und schlecht Garage eng, nur durch Treppe zu erreichen , das ist kein Grand Hotel, höchstens 6 Punkte. Nie wieder !!!

Hotellet levede desværre ikke op til vores forventning. Excellent beliggenhed & god morgenmad, men resten var ikke godt. Servicen var elendig, og aftensmaden i a la carte restauranten var en katastrofe. Det virker som et hotel, hvor man har glemt at man lever af gæsterne og ikke af beliggenheden.

Suite war zu Beginn nicht richtig sauber. Tische und Ablagen waren staubig, hinter dem TV wurde schon lange nicht mehr richtig geputzt. Nach ein zwei Stunden wurde direkt nachgebessert und dann war alles so, wie es sein sollte. Für den Preis hat die Suite ein wenig enttäuscht, da es im Grunde genommen nur ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit separater Toilette und Ostseeblick ist. Pool und Spa haben voll und ganz überzeugt. Außenpool war angenehm war, Wirlpool schon fast heiß und der Rest war tip top. Lediglich hätte ich mich gefreut, wenn wir am Pool Service für Getränke gehabt hätten. Anscheinend war das möglich, aber ich wollte nicht in Badebekleidung ins Hotel gehen und dort dann für draußen bestellen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, lediglich am Preis Leistungsverhältnis muss noch geschraubt werden.

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes gepflegtes und renoviertes familiengeführtes 5* Hotel. Personal authentisch und freundlich sowie professionell. Es scheinen viele „Silver Traveler“ Stammgäste zu sein. Entsprechend das Interieur. Sauber, gepflegt mit Stil, aber nicht unbedingt im modernen Style. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt!!! Von außen ein 10-stöckiger Hotelkasten der 70er. Restaurants fein, mit Klaviermusik, Speisekarte traditionell gehoben.

Lage des Hotels ist top. Zimmer waren sauber, könnten allerdings auch mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Personal war sehr nett. Bedingt durch die Corona-Situation lief es nur mit dem Frühstück nicht so. Das zeitliche Eintakten war nicht so schön. Man stand teilweise ewig an um sein Frühstück zu bestellen. Die Auswahl hätte auch größer sein können. Was allerdings Hotel bedingt ist und meinem Mann gar nicht gefiel, war die Parksituation. Nur eine Tiefgarage mit einer Einfahrtshöhe von 1,90 m geht gar nicht. Wenn man einen SUV oder Ähnliches hat, steht man da. Man kann zwar irgendwo auf der Straße parken, wenn man denn was findet, zahlt dafür aber auch ordentlich.

Tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer in der 7. Etage war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und konnte uns jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllen. Die Küche am Abend hat auch überzeugt. Einen Punkteabzug gibt es wegen des Frühstücks - im Vergleich zu anderen deutschen und europäischen 5*Hotels ist die Auswahl an Speisen leider bescheiden, eher auf dem Niveau eines 4*Hotels, das fanden wir etwas schade. Es wäre schön, wenn das Management hier verbessern könnte. Und sonst: Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes, stilvolles Hotel direkt am weissen Sandstrand gelegen. Unser Zimmer war grosszügig geschnitten mit direktem Meerblick. Alles war sehr sauber, der Service ausgezeichnet. Trotz Corona-Hygiene-Massnahmen gab sich das Hotel und sein Personal extrem Mühe, den Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Frühstück ist sehr gut, Hotelangestellte sehr freundlich. Corona-Maßnahmen bzgl. Sicherheit wurden sehr gut umgesetzt. Leider waren aufgrund Corona der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad geschlossen und es gab dafür keinen Preisnachlass oder ähnliches Entgegenkommen.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas älter. Jedoch ist der Empfang an der Rezeption sehr freundlichen. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr unhöflich. Nachfragen werden negativ aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist sauber jedoch es fehlen einzelne Gegenstände. Beispiel fehlt die Abdeckung von Schaltern (Rahmen). Wasserflecken an der Decke bzw. an der Wand werden einfach übergestrichen. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon ist schmutzig. Kabel sind offen auf dem Balkon. Es fehlt einfach ein bisschen. Leider für mich kein 5 Sterne Hotel
