“Not Recommended!!”

I arrived to the hotel at about 8 PM; the woman that was behind the counter did not speak English and was not very friendly. She provided a piece of paper to another attendant with the code of my room and we proceeded to the room, he showed me how to open the lock. The lock did not open, he went back to the office and tried again, it did not work. We went back to the office he asked the woman to give another room, she was saying that she could not do it without approval, she made several phone calls. Finally after about 30 minutes she agreed to provide another room, this time it was an apartment and the combination of the lock did work. The apartment had the windows open and there were many mosquitoes, I killed at least 40, the bathroom was not very tidy and the toilet seat was broken in two, the internet service did not work (the hotel offers free internet) and the cleaning in general was not satisfactory. The place is located in a nice area and the rooms are okay, but it is not well kept and the attendant in the office is not very polite. I was not satisfied with this place and I will not recommend.
