“Excellent Jas Villas in Seminyak”
We thought the jas villas in seminyak was absolutley beautiful. It was our first time in Bali and we are so glad we stayed here. They picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off there for departure. They even let us check out at 6pm with no extra charge. these villas are immaculate, romantic and private.Breakfast is also included and is very very impressive. We would definatley stay there again.
“Absolutely wonderful!”
Absolutely gorgeous villas, very private and very luxurious. Very cheap for the price of where you are staying, the pool is divine and we loved lounging about on the daybed. Beautiful bathrooms too. The breakfast that was included was delicious, we tried everything on the menu!. The road leading to the villais a bit dodgy (as in unstable) and there is a big apartment complex being built but once inside your villa it is very quiet and relaxing, didn't hear any noise. But that is Bali for you, beautiful luxury right next door to crumbling buildings.

The Jas Villas was beautiful,the staff were lovely and friendly and always there to help when needed, definetly would go back to the Jas Villas.

“nice and peaceful”
We thoroughly enjoyed this stay as we were looking for a nice quiet & relaxing holidy this time and that is what we got, it's only a short walk up to the main street with all the shops or many restaurants for dining. The villa was absolutely perfect, whenever we went out we always knew we had our own pool to jump in as soon as we got back. The only set back would be that they need their staff to learn more english as we had a few problems trying to get them to understand, other than that it was pefect.
“NEVER AGAIN”
The villa itself is fine. But the road leading into it is terrible. There is mud, potholes, no lighting, and a building site next door, with cranes and heavy machinery in and out. In fact at times, it was quite dangerous walking down. At one point there was a wire hanging down to ground level, and we were not sure if it was 'live' or not. Not what we would call a pleasant experience. When we mentioned the road to the hotel staff, they just laughed at us - they don't see it as a problem. We had to find alternative routes out of the hotel by ourselves - they did not suggest any. Although these were only marginally better and we were still dodging litter, potholes and mud. Do not take any decent footwear with you as it will be ruined! Seminyak itself is in a poor state of repair, with the pathways broken and dangerous, the traffic is horrendous, and if you have a buggy or a wheelchair - don't bother! The beach at both Seminyak and Kuta are probably the worst beaches we have ever seen. The litter on both beaches is disgusting - we would not let our kids walk barefoot for fear of treading in something dangerous. There was little or no effort by anyone to make it better. We will not be returning to Bali!
“DEFINITLY NOT 4 STAR”
EXTRA BED WAS A ROLLED OUT MATRESS ON THE FLOOR. ROOMS SMELT OF THE SEWER WHICH BECAME WORSE EACH NIGHT, I HAD TO USE PERFUME TO SLEEP. AIRCONDITION BROKE DOWN. THE SHOWERS ARE A REAL EXPERIENCE!!! THE ROAD TO THE VILLAS IS DANGEROUS FULL OF POT HOLES AND VERY MUDDY AND SLIPPERY WHEN IT RAINS, {A HOTEL IS BEING BUILT AND WONT BE FINISHED UNTIL 2013} DVD PLAYERS ARE INCLUDED BUT WE DIDNT GET ONE UNTIL I ASKED.THEY KEPT TRYING TO CHARGE FOR THE WATER WHEN IT WAS FREE. THE FREE SHUTTLE TAXI WOULD ONLY GO AROUND SEMINYAK BUT QUITE OFTEN WASNT AVAILABLE AT ALL, WE ONLY GOT TO USE IT ONCE IN 10DAYS. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT STRUGGLE WITH ENGLISH.SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH THEM HOW TO CLEAN THE BASINS. NO HOT WATER IN KITCHEN SINK AND THEY QUITE OFTEN WANTED MY CROCKERY FOR OTHERS TO USE. BREAKFAST WAS OK.
