Superbe hôtel très calme. Nous le recommandons

Il est impossible de faire un pas dans la rue sans se faire interpeller toutes les 2 minutes pour acheter quelque chose. Cela devient insupportable à la fin. On hésite même à regarder une carte de restaurant ...
Il faut toujours être attentif car Bali est le pays de l'arnaque. La aussi, c'est insupportable
Nous pensions louer un scooter pour visiter mais nous avons abandonné l'idée tellement la circulation est "dingue"
Nous ne retournerons pas à Bali

Pour : Particulièrement la chambre et la localisation de l’hôtel.
Contre : Buffet de petit-déjeuner avec plus de choix.
Emplacement : Quartier très touristique et très animé, à proximité de la plage.Plage idéale pour les surfeurs, mais un peu dangereuse pour les petits enfants.
Chambre très confortable, moderne, très propre.
Cuisine extérieure très pratique et agréable.
Jardin très petit et piscine privée mais minuscule (juste pour se tremper!).
Buffet de petit-déjeuner pas très grand et pas très varié, mais l'essentiel y est.
Hotel bien placé dans le coeur de Seminyak, toutefois bien en retrait de la rue principale, ce qui en fait un endroit calme.
Hotel à 10 mn à pied de la plage.
Personnel très gentil et très serviable.

Upon arrival the Villa did not have my booking and the staff were amazing at finding a solution. The villa was a good size and clean pool and linen was lovely.
I have stayed in Villas a lot in Bali and have never had to ask for crockery and cutlery, no glasses, no plates, no knives or forks....2 coffee cups with saucer and teaspoon only.
I had to ask for glasses and a bottle opener, the one glass I was given was promptly talen away the next day and no other items were supplied. A water dispenser is supplied, but no glasses to drink out of.
I feel the staff are doing there best with the resources thay have.
The most shocking thing was the urine stain marks on the stone tiles, the staff advised me the stone is hard to clean but I have never seen this in any Bali villa.
The one restaurant meal I had was reheated pizza and what tasted like days old pork belly with packet sauce and packet mash....
I was going to book this Villa for my daughter but definitely will not now.
The location, security, and villa size are the few good things about Sun Island Boutique Villas. I will definitely be going back to Villa Bugis or Jas Green Villas instead.

The staff are all so lovely - it’s quiet - the gardens are amazing - the main pool is lovely my whole family loved it - cocktails by the pool. The villas are in need of a bit of care - but considering COVID just happened we were just so happy to be back in Bali

We stayed at the sun island for a one night stay due to a cancelled flight. Check in and communication was smooth
The Villa was lovely, and well kept with all the needed amentites.
Whilst the bed did look clean from the outside perspective when we took off the doona we noticed many stains which made us both uncomfortable for the night.
Breakfast was tasty and a good range of options. Bring your bug spray though as a lot of mosquitos around the area.
Great location within the main area of Seminyak close by to restaurants and the Bintang supermarket
