All staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient. The pool was clean and refreshing. The shuttle to the beach and the grocery store was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Great Stay overall!

Stayed night before getting fast boat to Lembongan, perfect location. Staff were all so polite & welcoming. Enjoyed dinner by pool and breakfast was amazing!

Very lovely staff, great location to catch the ferry to nusa Lembongan. Sheets were very stained when we arrived but the staff changed them for us. Shower was terrible it would not drain and we were showering in our own filth. Pool area very nice and relaxing.

I stayed here very comfortably for two nights. It is a bit further from the main touristy part of Sanur, but a 5 minute walk from the closest beach (with a walkway that connects to other beaches) and a quick Grab ride to the busier parts if that’s your scene. Room was clean, staff was accommodating, and the pool area was unique with a volleyball net and basketball hoop - nice touches. Would stay here again!

Staff excellent and very helpful. Provided assistance to my partner when sick and continually asked about her welfare. The only negative is the equipment in the gymnasium. The gymnasium is very large for a hotel facility but the equipment is very aged and in need of replacement

Good stay
The hotel was conveniently situated for the boat trips to Nusa Penida. The rooms were nice and clean. Very big hotel. Very nice pool to relax and cool off. The food at the restaurant is good.

Bathroom door was jammed open so zero privacy (staying with a girlfriend so night ideal) there. Only 1 pillow on the bed, no extras in the room. Pretty standard room all round actually. On the upside the resort itself looked nice, everything very clean. Reception and concierge Super friendly and warm. To be fair I got a VERY cheap rate for the night I stayed so it was fine. Location was super convenient for us as only a 4 minute walk to the boat terminal to take us to Nusa Lembongan.

Good place for short stay near Sanur port
Room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was really nice. I also really enjoyed the live music in the lounge in the evenings. A bit difficult to get good food without a vehicle. Also the wifi did not really work during my stay.

Have been returning to Prime Plaza Hotel for many years, the staff are always friendly and the shuttle to their sister hotel the Prime Plaza Suites down the road is a great service to use the water slide.

A Good Budget Stay
This hotel is nice for a budget, the food is decent enough especially the breakfast,the gym is great old equipment but has everything needed and the gym staff are very helpful. Its location is perfect for Sanur beach and the pool hotel is nice. I would stay here again for a short stay only.

Very close to boat harbour to Lembongan. There is an hourly shuttle into main area of sanur. Not really convenient to surrounding area however ideal for an overnight stay before heading to islands.

All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! A few even took the time to chat and made an effort to remember my name and would greet me with my first name. The pool was great ! At the right time of day it had great sun exposure. I thought the food was prepared very well in both restaurants. Overall would recommend, as well as book again with Prime 👌

The property is in great need of maintenance, the rooms are dated and worn out. There’s roaches and ants living in the open spaces around the bathroom door frame. The bathroom had a horrible stinky smell. The pool was dirty from all the trees. They had multiple events throughout our stay so there was random people around the lobby area. The breakfast was so bland. Very limited options. Over cooked. Not fresh baked goods and pastries. Oily foods.

Pool good. Rooms & bathrooms need a cosmetic upgrade. Food choice at breakfast needs to be a bit more varied. Needs a bigger bar area by the pool. Overall, good hotel, good location, helpful & friendly staff. Rooms clean, just need updating.
