I was put up on the third floor and the room was extremely dated. Some of the items need to be replaced and it could really use an upgrade in terms of quality and detail. I asked to move to a lower floor, hoping to get a better room as I was not given any upgrade. the two times that I asked to move I was told to come back later to check if there was any availability. The nice part of the hotel was the grounds and the breakfast was OK The beach was very close, but there was no amenities when I came out. The welcome drink is canned orange juice, pineapple juice, or apple juice. The hotel is very far from anything walkable.

Good location and great breakfasts. Bathrooms are fantastically big but shower over bath is unsafe and very dated.

We thought that the facilities were shabby around the pool area, the table by the pool was very unstable, the toilet was disgusting, unclean and no toilet paper. Our room was very tired and there was water on the floor near the toilet. We asked to be moved which was good as the room was we moved to was much nicer. The staff were wonderful , very helpful and cheerful.

love staying in this area its very convenient with choices of dining out every night. walk outside straight onto the beach. Safe and easy to hail a taxi.

Pleasant stay, but..
This is my second time I am stayed at Puri Saron Hotel, the reason I choose this hotel,is because it's very close to the Seminyak beach, nice swimming pool and lovely garden, and the staff are so friendly. The down side is, our room was a little bit outdated, particularly in the bathroom, the mirror, the showers, they definitely need tlc. Oh yes I stayed in a room with connecting doors (Room No.2106) , I was quite shocked, when I opened the door, I could see someone next door, it was an embarrassing moment for me, can you imagine if they were doing something!!, I called the operator, and they said "the room is absolutely fine, don't worry about it", unbelievable. Another down side is the pillow, I know it's hotel establishment, but come on, the pillow is so smelly, when I open the pillow case it had so many stains, I asked the housekeeper to change it straight away, and show him how bad it looked, oh yes sometimes the housekeeper forget to replaced our amenities. And another thing, the hotel management didn't use the space effectively, there was large space near by the pool, that could be use as sun lounge deck or something like that, but was just left empty.

Over all we where disappointed with the property. Things like the towel rail in the bathroom was above the toilet and it was very high meaning that neither me or my husband could reach it. The mini bar fridge looked dirty on the outside and was in a cupboard that would have been better suited for putting our personal belongings in. The breakfast was average and the hot items were cold and over cooked. This is somewhere we will not be returning to stay when we next visit Bali.

This was a great location friendly staff. Rooms were clean but sparsely furnished, with a little effort they could be made much more appealing. Magnificent gardens. Breakfast was okay nothing startling

I liked the location in that it was walking distance to a lot of eateries, shops & the beach. I feel the hotel requires renovations to keep pace with other hotels nearby. The breakfast buffet is limited. Pool towels are supposed to be available from 8am but on most mornings it wasn’t manned until at least 8.30/9am.

Beautiful place, beautiful landscape, friendly staff, our air conditioning didnt work the first 2 days so we asked to move and they moved temporarily. However the rm we were in had double beds so we had to push the beds together, but by the next afternoon it was fixed. Overall we had a good stay.

This hotel was a great stay I had some hicups with things not wrking in the room but they were promptly fixed so it was Gd. Check in was very easy and done quickly the rooms were neat and tidy than had everything u needed. I didn't like there was so much light in the room coming in from outside( no sleep ins) they need to be blackout curtains and window at the top covered in or painted. breakfast was pleasing and had enough to fill u till lunch or even dinner. Pool great and the water tempt was just right to get into and the hotel grounds weren't gardens were immaculate .. this hotel is an older hotel but is looked after and i would stay again.

The gardens were beautiful and in constant upkeep, great location step out onto the beach and Seminyak shopping areas. Staff were amazing and always ready to help you. Would have liked a set of Draws in room so I could unpack my suitcase, However aircon was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

My teenage kids and i stayed here in september. The location is suberb with hotel backing on to sunset beach. Friendly staff and breakfasts were very satisfying. Large pool was fun for us all with pool side catering. The hotel is showing some wear but still holds good value for money. We would certainly return again :)
