We stay in Sanur every time we visit Bali. This was our first time at Puri Sading, but certainly won't be our last. Even though they wre renovating the restaurant, there were plenty of options for breakfast, both at the hotel and on the street. The rooms were great value for money. Cold fridge and air-conditioning. The most comfortable bed we have slept in compared to similarly priced hotels. We will be back.

We loved the friendly staff and the fact that Puri Sading is a small boutique hotel. Location was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back again!

Our room absolutely stank of sewerage upon entering. We tried to be understanding given it was post covid so bought some deodorisers and reminded ourselves we are outside people and only needed the room to sleep. The next day we were greeted with construction noise all day. We were informed when booking that it would be completed before our stay so that was disappointing. That night we took all the bedding off as we had been hot the night before and just wanted to sleep with a sheet. We were horrified to see that all the sheets under the top layer had blood stains and likely semen stains. The mattress protector was so filthy that we took it off thinking we’d sleep on the mattress. Unfortunately the mattress also had blood stains and what looked like urine stains too. The cherry on the top was finding bugs. We’d actually been sleeping with bugs This on top of a mouldy shower, threadbare grey and stained towels and a dirty fridge was too much. We ended up booking another hotel and leaving early. It was such a disappointing stay given previous reviews. To add insult to injury, Expedia refused a refund despite selling me a room that was not fit for humans and surely did comply with any health and safety standard. I also took numerous photos to prove I was sold a disgusting room but to no avail

Very central location for beach, shopping, dining out etc Great staff who were so friendly and helpful Rooms were a good size - bed was so comfortable. Quite basic but everything you need and the air con was very efficient Pool was lovely Breakfast was basic but very adequate Would definitely stay there again

The staff are always super friendly and helpful and great to note that it was no different after a 2 and a half year co-vid induced absence. Also happy to see that clean state of the buildings after such a long period with no guests.

The furniture was a little worn and the pictures online didn’t match the room. Still very beautiful and clean but again the furniture definitely a bit worn the bed however was updated & nice and clean.

I turned up 3 days early and I was immediately booked to a room without any problems. Also I liked the fresh water dispenser, saving me the constant issue of bottled water. The bathroom could have done with a lift but cleanliness was very good. Great service, very good value rooms.

My week’s stay here was wonderful! Staff are lovely and welcoming people. Foods & drinks delicious and reasonably priced. Pool clean and inviting. And the location excellent too. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and beach just short walk away.

Room looked newly renovated and was tastefully decorated. Extremely comfortable bed and clean. The staff were lovely and I enjoyed my stay very much. Very close to shops and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Traditional look , beautiful pool. Boutique sized , quiet and a friendly vibe . Breakfast was just ok Aircon had a few issues that they did their very best to resolve by even replacing condenser. Unfortunately it didn't help a lot . Unseasonably hot weather and not sure the units could keep up so was occasionally too hot in room for me

The staff are amazing and so happy and helpful. A small hotel which suits us fine. Loved breakfast loved the pool. This was our 2nd visit and it won't be our last. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay fantastic.

Nice place to stay, a couple of annoying things.
Location is great, and a nice place to stay. The bathroom in our room wasn't squeaky clean, and the shower head was mounted in such a way that it shot out of the shower area and kept soaking the whole bathroom floor which was annoying. Aircon was loud and difficult to sleep through. Had trouble getting on the wifi as there seemed to be a limit on the number of people who could be connected at a time.

Love this hotel. Great location so central to everything you need and close to beach. Staff are wonderful. Great value for money. Only complaint is they need luggage weighing scales. Only had normal bathroom scales which are not anywhere near accurate.

Very convenient location in Sanur
A smaller/compact hotel on the central section of Jl Tamblingan, quite close to Harry's supermarket. Good breakfast Inc and staff provide good service to the room. Well run and well managed with rooms at very competive prices. Recomended for a 3 or 4 day stay.

Puri Sading was located in a great area, walking distance to shopping and eating and beach. Nice little hotel complex, great pool, satisfactory breakfast, good staff. Room was too small for my liking, no seating, bathroom very old, but good hot water lack of room on vanity to put any cosmetics etc.

Always love the staff - welcoming, cheerful, smiling , Enjoy the well kept pool and gardens and convenient to have a restaurant where we can buy lunch/dinner . Although there is a variety for included breakfast it is rather "same, same" - banana pancakes very doughy & no hash browns - perhaps if I was able to eat eggs it would make it more interesting, lol - Hotel well located to shopping & laundry & not far through to beach.

We have stayed at the puri Sading many times and find this small hotel more our style, the hotel is friendly and homely. Staff are lovely and always try to help, some of the rooms good do with a face lift, all rooms are always spotless even if a little old in style. Ideal location, quite, more for couples and mature couples. Great that there is not lots of children screaming and running round, please keep it this way, see you all again in May. Great value for money
