“Will definitely go back”

The hotel is located in Patong Beach area which is central to everything. Beach is very close by (15 mins walk). There's lots of shopping and variety of restaurants in walkable distance. The best thing about the hotel was, our flight was in the night and after we checked out in the morning we left out luggage at the hotel and went around town and came back and they provided us a room to take shower. Have never found this kind of a service in other hotels.

“Modest Budget Hotel, Excellent Service/Staff”

The staff at Lavender is wonderful and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned although some of the premises could still use refurbishment. A good place to stay if you're on a budget. Basic free breakfast included. No wireless in rooms but free internet in a lounge. The location of the hotel is not the most desirable (you need to taxi to Kuta Beach for 10 minutes) but there are basic groceries and a big local mall called the Galleria that has restaurants and such. This is within 10 min. walking distance. Overall, though, excellent service. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool.

“5 star luxury at 3 star price :)”

i went to bali for my honeymoon :) lavender was the 1st hotel i stayed in.. pure luxury... very very very clean rooms.. beautiful bathtub.. the shower area and the toilet were a serious let down though.. the flush doesnt work most of the time.. but the swimming pool in our room, the private pagaoda, the dining table.. it was all the just gorgoeus :) the spa is also reasonably priced.. do check it out :)

“staying at Lavender Kuta Bali”

We found the hotel a lot better than some 5stars we have been in. The staff were always helpful and accomodating. The room was always kept clean and air rated yes a beautiful stay would reccomend it to any of our friends. Also loved the buffet breakfasts.

“Rooms and sanitair big plus, location and surroundings a little minus”

Very friendly service. Restaurant has no atmosphere (so we did not try), but breakfast was good enough. No nice restaurants in neighbourhood. Location is not very good for that, better come/go by car. Only one pc for internet (with printer, but did not work). With last day return booking the room was full and got a wonderful upgrade to on of the villa's. These are specially worth while. Japonees interior super deluxe, with own swimming pool. Thanks for that!

“Friendly staffs and nice villa... Love it!”

The staffs extremely friendly and we have very nice villa and love the huge tub in our room. Walkable to kuta beach, around 20 mins.

“OK BUT NOT MORE”

We traveled a lot and we stayed in other hotels around Kuta which where cheaper or he same price but much better. They do not really speak english! I would just recommend this hotel if you have a special price!

“ok,but not a great location”

wonderful helpful staff but I found the hotel too far from Kuta on a busy highway and a taxi needed to be called all the time and I spent on average 420-$30 a day on taxis ferrying me back and forth. The room was a little disappointing for the price,the pool was lovely,the breakfast was fine. Guests were mainly Japanese couples.Not ideal for a person traveling on their own,no one really by the pool so nowhere to mix.
