Nice hotel lobby and clean room. Our shower drain was slightly clogged and the staff very quickly got someone to settle it for us. Overall a nice place to stay for the budget conscious.

Rooms far TOO SMALL. No milk or Water for the tea / coffee / kettle. Towels have had better days, the bathroom slippers supplied are far TOO SMALL for their client's shoe size, Foreigners have larger sized feet. Unlike condoms where 1 size fits all. Sadly I experienced staff pilferage in my belongings, Suggest better lighting to room safe as I got locked out due to not seeing the dial codes. Quite noisy, no pool definitely book elsewhere RIVARI 3 doors down, same price bigger/cleaner with a pool. YET Grandmas was nearly fully booked????

Service at its best
Amazing staff. One of the best in bali. Room is very small and the narrow windows give it a confined feeling. Anxiety issues dont help.

This affordable hotel is in a central location on the footstep of kuta central shopping and restarants, with close proximity to legian beach. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist 24 hours.

Really value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary shuttle is a great addition. The staff were super friendly during check-in and check out, especially Meika!

No pool, breakfast is very basic, rice, sausage but no egg station. The rooms were very small but you get what you pay for. This was a cheap stay so it’s what is to be expected. The staff were very lovely. Closer to Kuta than I had expected :(

Great location! Although the room is small, but location is the most important thing for a tourist :) Agui (Room attendant), Yogi (Room attendant) and Agung (Security) all are so friendly and nice! Hotel was in a good location, the hotel staff were absolutely exceptional especially Meika on reception. The only downside was that because there is no pool some kind of seated sun terrace would have been an advantage there s no where to sit within the hotel 😕 but overhaul its a nice hotel

Great value/price hotel near the beach.
For the price you pay, you will get a super hotel. Location is super easy near plenty of restaurants and shops, and a couple hundred meters from the beach (it's not the greatest part of the beach, but Double Six and Kuta are walking distance) and if you want to go elsewhere a taxi is cheap and easily arranged. The room is small-ish as is the bathroom, but for us it was more than enough. Wi-fi is excellent and the spa is great value too. We would love to stay again.

this is my second time staying in Grandmas Plus Hotel and I can say that the staffs are very welcoming and courteous. the location is good, you can find restaurants, shops, and tour agencies nearby. the beach is a bit far though. room is always clean and for that I would like to mention one of the staffs, Lesmana, for being thoughtful and for doing his job well. keep it up!

Superb location walking distance to beach. It is situated along the crossroads. Room is a bit small but for the price I'm a lone traveller, it is such a value for money. Breakfast is decent for me. If you're a vegetarian options are lacking. They offer free shuttle pick up from the airport too. The spa is awesome and offers top notch service too!

the staff were very polite and the room were clean, wi-fi was fantastic. The location was great not to far from the beach, restaurant and small shop.

The staff was helpfull and polite. Room small but very clean and tidy as well. Breakfast is very tasty with additional main course. Worth it with breakfast price 60k each. I would recommended this hotel to all my friend and partner.

Location! Location! Location!
Location is perfect! Staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are neat. The bathroom is tiny and the aircon isn’t that strong.
