“Excellent Property w/ Excelent Service”
The Grand Hyatt - Nusa Dua exceeded all my expectations for a vacation in Bali, Indonesia. Having stayed at other properties in Bali, this surpassed the others by a long ways. I also travel frequently for work, and it's rare to come across such a comfortable room. Overall, an exceptionally kept property, with beautiful surroundings, with excellent service.
“great value for money”
extremely gorgeous place. we staid for 9 nights in the club room. the staff - especially in the club lounge - where very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. at all time focussing on the the customer and trying to make us a very pleasant stay. nothing to complain about. we changed room after 1 night and no issues at all. explore that hotel!!

Excellent hotel, great place to relax and have fun. Location is awesome right on the beach and facilities are first rate. Most enjoyable holiday.
“Paradise!”
Grand Hyatt is just paradise!! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday, and it was everything i thougfht it would be. Hotel lovely and staff all very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Beaches gorgeous, pools gorgeous, and all grounds of the hotel gorgeous. Just a shame we had to come home. Drinks a bit pricey in the hotel.
“Great place for the entire family”
We had a very comfortable 5 day stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Good choice of restaurants.The Balinese restaurant with dance performances at night is expecially nice. I would happily go back again and recommend it to others.
“Bali's best hotel-resort”
Highly recommended. It is wonderful resort for both families and couples. Hotel's staff is very friendly. The resort is beatifuly landscaped, you wouldn't lik eto leave the resort.
“Excellent Choice with many options to enjoy....”
The hotel is just great. There is a shopping center right across the stress called Bali Colection where you will find several restaurants with good menus all of them including also a Starbucks. Some store also are located where you can find good stuff including also a super market and a place to find many many local sovenirs with rasonable prices. Areas surrounding the hotel are great and very well mantained. The SPA in the hotel is 5 stars. Don't leaver without taking at least one of the packages offered by this spa. You will not regret on this. Children love the hotel areas the pool is big and very clean and the beach was just great for them. Shallow water and very clear. Breakfast were very good with good options. Restaurants in the hotel are a little expensive so cross the street and choose one of the option in the shopping center and you will pay third of the cost.

This is a very nice place for holidays. Clean room, nice staff, huge resort and great pool & beach. you will love this place and come back again. Highly recommended!
“Best in Bali”
This was a fabulous experience and, since it was our very first time in Bali, I think we have started with the best possible location and quality. It is a great place for family with kids of any age, there are sooo many things to do and see that our week went much too fast! The kids were very happy and they were always safe to run and play around! We just have to go back and this time we will make it 2 weeks!!!
