"Big birthday celebration with the family"
We met up with all the family here for my 70th birthday after a big driving tour of Australia. We wanted somewhere where the children would be happy and we could also relax in a more villagy atmosphere. This fitted the bill perfectly. The food was good and staff efficient and helpful. The apartments were huge. Happy Hour 4 - 7.00 p.m. Shuttle was good though not far to walk to beach and shops. Having two pools was good and the children loved the slide - a big plus. The kids club did not operate as expected, having to book them in a day ahead so we did not use.

"One of the most beautiful experience!"
Good welcome, hassle-free check in, polite, attentive and friendly staffs every corner of this resort (they are too good and appreciate their attention to detail with a special mention for an Ikan Restaurant staff, lady, who came to immediate rescue with chair-bed arrangement when our baby had fallen asleep in our arms when we were having dinner). Great room service with prompt attention, food was awesome (esp. Seasonal Tastes buffet, Ikan Restaurant including live performances that were soothing, By the water) and on and on and on... I would love to come back to this place with such wonderful experience that I had this first time to Bali (during June 2015 with my wife and my kid).

"Very Good Hotel"
Very good experience. Staff were great. Wonderful setting. Used each restaurant and all were very good. A little dated and there is some building work by the beach going on until July, but it is not really nopticeablke. One downside is they charge $10US a day for in-room internet access.

"perfect if you love traditional (bali) style"
on arrival at lobby you will be greeted with the stunning palace like décor, everything here retains a traditional bali style, love it if you enjoy to experience something with local taste. room generally kept clean, a little bit outdated but everything works in good condition flat TV is comparatively small but it didn't bother me as I have only switched it on for a few mins other appliances works well, though a bit old air-con seems to be centralized, have a operation panel installed but temp maintains the same no matter how you adjust it (a little bit too cold for me during my stay), would be better if can be upgraded to a in-room version. bathroom is very traditional style with old school bathing tub and curtain, were all kept very clean and tidy but personally would prefer to be upgraded to a modern shower with glass screen and separate the shower & the toilet

"Best value for money private villa"
We had a wonderful experience. The highlights were definitely the rooms which were large and luxurious with a bathroom as large as the bedroom, four posted bed with netting and a cozy living room. The pool was beautiful and private with your own gazebo. I recommend to try to get a room that has an infinity pool. The staff were incredible and quickly responded to every need we had. We never had to call twice to get something delivered our fixed. 5 star service. They even held and played with our baby during breakfast so we could eat. The breakfast buffet is average but satisfying. I definitely recommend this for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxing and romantic time in total luxury.

"Relaxing, friendly, safe and secure for young kids"
Service with a smile all the time that was genuine and a secure place for the kids (2 and 4) to play. Pools were awesome we could relax and let the kids play in the shallow end. Jungle play was fantastic our 4 year old wanted to go everyday. Japanese restaurant was fantastic, my wife's Japanese she should know. Only niggle was that it's starting to look a little worn and needs a face-lift. Never an issue getting sun loungers or seats in restaurants and the kids loved finding lizards seeing monkeys and feeding the fish

"Beautiful peaceful boutique hotel"
We were lucky to spend 2 nights in the beautiful Pandawas Villas and we didn't want to leave. The hotel only has 5 rooms sharing a very big pool and the whole hotel is decorated beautifully. The room we stayed in was huge and had a lovely outside bathroom. The rooms were very clean and there were always staff around maintaining the grounds. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for our group of 3 adults and an infant. the hotel is 5-10mins drive to central Ubud which was never an issue as they had a free shuttle or it's a cheap taxi ride away. However for the very mild inconvenience of not being walking distance to bars and restaurants you get an incredibly peaceful and beautiful hotel amongst the paddy fields and jungle which is an experience in itself. If we ever visit Ubud again we would definitely stay here again.

"Friendly staff, very clean hotel"
10/10, only thing that bugged me was the writing on edge of infinity pool blocking the beach view. Other than that perfect, would stay again.

"5 Day Stay - Fantastic for our large family"
Our family of 7 stayed (3 Ad/4 Ch) in a 3br Villa with a pool & the only small setback was our room was only set up for 6. Our children are young & we never had a problem with finding room for the 7th person to sleep so we decided after the 1st night not to ask for another bed. But there were only 6 of everything & we kept having to ask for an extra towel! The rooms are so spacious we never felt cramped on top of each other, daily service including bottled water. The staff were excellent, especially in kids club. Our kids loved 'G', 'Chips' & Annisa. Only disappointment here was most of the offsite activities weren't able to go ahead, I can only guess it was a logistics issue or perhaps lack of children of suitable age (there were quite a few young children <5). But our kids loved it all the same. Breakfast was fantastic, with loads of choices. Our kids ate & ate & ate, I don't think I've ever seen them eat so much food. Beach & Bali Collection Shuttle were great my only suggestion would be to change the times that there are NO shuttles from BC. You can't get a shuttle at 12pm or 5pm. These are lunch and dinner times. The first shuttle up is at 10 & you need really need to move quick to get the 11am shuttle back otherwise you're stuck there until 1. Same with dinner, you have to go up at 4, or go up at 6. Nothing is really serving dinner at 4 and by 6 our kids are starving. Only found Pulse cafe on the last day. Head up past kids club & out the back gate.
