Best staff ever
Stayed at this resort four times but unfortunately it closes for renovations at the end of February. I only went there in January to say goodbye to the staff and some friends we have made over the years. it was sad to see the staff who had no idea what they were going to do after February. The hotel is in need of an uplift as it looking quite shabby these days. It is my belief that the owner cares very little about her staff, some of them have been there for over twenty years. Who knows what it will be like when it reopens next year but I doubt it will be the same without the same staff who have served the hotel very well.

Mediocre hotel close to the beach
The hotel is outdated, and run down. The price was right .... So you get what you pay for!

Reasonable hotel
This was my second stay in same hotel with family. Its a good hotel near to beach although it provides feelings of an old estate. The TV in room was a 17'inch box TV. No one uses anymore even at home and hence it was a big disappointment. The hotel had activity center with many games which we enjoyed.

Tired and in need of an upgrade, great location
Had to move rooms due to bad water drainage problems. While the dining room, cleaners and ground staff were great, the reception staff were a little standoffish.

First time to Club Bali Mirage. Nice enough hotel. Rooms were clean though the bathroom was a bit tired. Balcony doors were very stiff and didn't close properly so there were a few Mozies coming in. Food was great, couldn't fault the quality or quantity, ate most meals for our 6 night stay within the hotel and was never bored. Pool was great, kids loved it. Would be nice to have a cool Plunge Pool though. Overall, a great stay. Can't wait to see what the upgrades bring.

Entering and exiting Bali
The only problem with going to Bali was that no-ones tells you that you have to pay an airport tax to leave, and in our case we had to once at Bali and then pay again when leaving Jakata some people queuing to leave had no cash left I ended up giving 20 dollars to a single women who was quite frantic due to having no money left. I think this should be made clear when booking holiday. Also the visa price has increased for 6 nights for two of us we paid 75 dollars.

The best place in Bali
My fourth time here and it only gets better and better. Small enough to meet people and make lifelong friends. The staff could not be better. No need to even leave the hotel

Hotel on the beach , all restaurants and shopping in walking distance just across the road , Friendly staff , all inclusive available , if you like a drink I would recommend this option, A bit of wear and tear as a renovation is planned , very clean nice rooms !

Nice swimming pool, excellent massage outside on the beach. Buffet a bit expensive but the fish was good. Dirty beach! Why dońt you clean it? Beach is your asset, the reason why you exist. Good activities proposed by the small restaurant on the beach outside the hotel (jetski, paragliding etc.). Expensive taxi rates proposed by the hotel. Half price if you just check outside on the street.

Affordable hotel, quiet location.
This is a good hotel for anybody who wants to escape the crazy Kuta area. Nice Bali Collection open-air mall nearby with lovely restaurants. The beach is not that great for swimming because of all the water sports nearby, but a 20 min, 8$ taxi ride gets you to Jimbaran beach, which is great for sunsets and beach dining. Also a superb swimming beach if you like waves.

We have stayed in the same hotel for the past 4 years. Recommended to friends who have also enjoyed their stay. Rooms are looking a little tired and do require updating. Our stay as usual was excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly.

Quiet locations. Friendly staff. Eating places (including Vegetarian food). Queens Indian restraunt within walking distance but they arrange pickup and drop off. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool.

My third stay at this hotel and another holiday to remember. The hotel has everything for me and my young daughter and we always enjoy our time there. The hotel is a bit dated but its friendly atmosphere makes up for everything.

We chose this hotel because it was good value and you get what you pay for, so we were not disappointed. The room was very comfortable with a private belcony. It was not near the pool or beach and was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. No internet unless you want to pay, but 2 computers in lobby area. We did not go for the all inclusive option as we didn't want to pay for food and drink we didn't want or use. Pay as you go was the right option for us. Meals were quite cheap. No happy hour. It was close to a shop across the road where you could stock up on water and soft drink. Do not drink the bottled water if it is not sealed. They sell recycled bottle water in glass bottles which I think is not as reliable as in sealed plastic bottles. Great massage in the beach massage hut. Beware of the cheaper option on the beach by locals. Lots of entertainment at night. It rained alot and the resort was flooded. The roof outside our room was damaged and leaked. However, the staff looked after the hotel as best they could. It is in need of some repair and renovation. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

My second time at the Club Bali Mirage was even better than the first. This hotel may be a little tired and need a little bit of paint here and there but that is more than made up for by the staff and the other facilities. I went All Inclusive and I would recommend that to everyone. I met friends from many nationalities that I know I will have for a lifetime and we are all returning at the same time next year. If you want to be pampered, relax, unwind and enjoy non intrusive service and meet terrific people. Club Bali Mirage is the place for you.

for the first three days we had to fight to get the actual room that we booked (seaview) through hotels.com. finally once we had the correct room we enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean but need re vamping especially the bathrooms that still have showers over the bath but plenty of room for toiletries etc. the service around the pool is non existent there is a bar but you have to go and get the drink yourself. the breakfast is good and the staff at breakfast excellent. cleaning staff also great. once our initial hiccups were sorted the front reception staff were great.

Though we stayed only for a day, the room was cozy and very romantic. Had all the necessary comfort. The beach is beautiful as well. Breakfast was good. Location is good for any massages or mini marts etc. Hotel provides very nice car hires as well. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our needs. We booked the "Romantic" room. Room was big enough, & balcony faced the garden - had great privacy. Many balconies faced the balconies opposite.
