“Baleka”

this was our first experience inBali, but we really enjoyed it. We had a room right by the bar and this was the only thing we would change when we stay there next time, it was a little noisey. We where close to everything, shopping massage and food. The hotel food was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is under constuction but this was not even an issue. We plan to go back there with our family, they made everything easy at the baleka 10 points to the staff

“Make sure you get the room you pay for!!”

We paid for 2 x superior rooms, but the rooms given to each couple was different. I reviewed their information and decided that they had given 1 x couple the wrong room type. When I queried this they tried to get me to pay more money to upgrade. Not happy! There was the same type of room available, and they ended up giving us the proper room with no additional charge. Later in the week we spoke to other Aussies who appeared to have the same issue in relation to the rooms - they tell you nothing else is available and try to get you to pay extra to have the room you booked!! This was the only hiccup, but other than that it was fine.

“Ok experience, renovations hapening”

Hotel has a good location and rooms are like the ones you see in the pictures. Got upgraded to a deluxe room nearthe pool but the second floor is being constructed so VERY noisy from 8am til 6pm (hammering, etc). Avoid rooms near the pool. Requested to be moved to the front section of the hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet but quality is average and poorly presented. Overall is ok but only for a couple of nights.
