“Will definitely return. Outstanding service.”
Outstanding service at hotel, restaurants and spa. Everyone was so accomodating and anxious to help. Customer service was definitely above and beyond your typical 5 star resort. The restaurants were expensive on sight but very good quality and so convenient. Must get the daily buffet breakfast. It's more like a typical Sunday brunch at most 5 star restaurants and hotels. Tremendous selections and very good quality. The beach is beautiful, but not swimming friendly. It's a bit rocky and small. We enjoyed the numerous pools.
“Island Paradise”
We were very impressed with this resort from the minute we checked in. The staff are all very friendly and always aim to please. The resort itself is clean and elegant. The food is fantastic and the views, especially the sunsets by the beachside infinity pool are breathtaking! A fantastic resort. We cannot wait to go back!
“Ayana break )”
We stayed at Ayana after spending 10 days surfing and traveling through Bali - the last break before getting on the plain home. The hotel is really 5 stars - very beautiful, quite and comfortable. We enjoyed the territory a lot! Stuff is extremely friendly as all people in Bali:) The only downside are prices in the restaurants: they are not too high compared to European standards, but if you happen to know the local prices, you'd be surprised! (1 fresh juice costs 10 times more than in the island) Yet need to admit - the quality is good
“Beau resort”
“Go again!”
It was a beautiful hotel in beautiful settings. A bit far away from places but taxis are so chap that its no problem.
“Amaing stay at Ayana Resort and Spa”
I will write theMC same thing twice becasut eh hotel was jsut amazing! You have to stay at Ayana! They treat everyone like royalty. Ayana Resort and Spa is the most beautiful hotel we have ever seen. The staff was unbelievably nice - every staff member you would see always had a smile and well wishes. The grounds of Ayana are immaculate and who can beat the ocean view infinity pool. Restaurants on Ayana had amazing food and tons of options. You could literally spend a week on Ayana and never be bored. I can't wait for our next trip to Bali and back to Ayana Resort and Spa!! Great hotel choice - actually the best hotel choice.
“Ayana In Bali!!”
The Ayana Resort & Spa is a magnificent place in Bali, one of the most exotic & beautiful places in the world - the hotel is situated on a high cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean - the ocean infinity pool is tucked into the cliff w/a view of the ocean - the river pool offers 5 levels of cascading water - the lotus design of the Dava restaurant is exquisite as is the food - the Padi offers wonderful buffets w/dishes from all around Asia - this restaurant & the Damar Terrace appear to float on the adjacent koi ponds - Sami Sami offers a taste of Tuscany - the real gem is the rock bar that is situated at the foot of the cliff & juts out into the ocean - you are serenaded by the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks below - the staff is simply outstanding!! Sheeva, Aning, & Dwi were so charming & accommodating - honestly, the entire hotel were wonderful - the trip was outstanding at Ayana!!
“Bali´s highlight”
Until 6 months ago, Ayana was the Ritz Carlton Hotel and as such, accommodations were great, the whole facility is fantastic with increadible swimning pools, beautiful gardens, good restaurants and bars. There is an adorable church on a cliff that holds weddings everyday. So if you are thinking about getting married in style, you should consider the Ayana Resort in Bali. The staff was really friendly and the Spa is outstanding. It is one of the best in Indonesia. I really recommend this hotel.
“Wonderful hotel that makes you feel really special!”
Our first night was somewhat marred by noise from adjoining room till very late - not much sleep. On discussion with duty manager next morning, we were immediately transferred to a beautiful suite on other side of hotel, which was quite blissful, and ensured wonderful rested sleep for the remaining days of our stay. The complex is magnificently placed on top of a cliff, overlooking the sea, and offers beautiful views of the ocean from just about everywhere on the grounds. Lots of pools, and excellent restaurants, ensuring that things never feel crowded, despite it being a very large hotel. Outstanding bar on the rocks, as well as infinity sea-water pool at bottom of cliff. (Reached via an "inclinator". The staff and management were always very friendly, and as is the custom with the Bali people always ready and willing to try and make your stay as memorable as possible. Overall my wife & I had a wonderful time at the Ayana, and it certainly lived up to its advertised status of being one of the finest destination in Asia. The only down-side for us was that we found the Jimbaran area extremely hot, and would probably advise prospective visitors to try and go in August/ September, when we are told it would somewhat "cooler". (Air-con in room isexcellent though).
“Probobly the nicest hotel experience we've ever experienced.....Totally loved it!”
Ayana provided us with a perfect combination of a luxury experience for my husband & I along with excelent and reliable aminities for our 2 year old. The service consistantly excelled, the location was always breath taking and the cleanliness couln't be faulted. All in all we had a fantastic holiday. Would rcomend to couples and families alike.

Jimbaran, Indonesia: Some of Balis finest hotels call Jimbaran Bay home. Only 5-10 km south of Ngurah Rai airport, the bay is considered one of Balis most picturesque stretches of white sand beach. Still a working fishing village, the daily departure of the local fleet against the sunset is a popular attraction. The beachfront is lined with seafood restaurants offering excellent views over the tranquil waters, and is a comfortable 10-20 km from the frenetic markets and nightlife to the north.
