“Consistenty High Standards”

I have stayed at this hotel on 5 occasions over the last 4 years, having stayed at other major brand hotels in Baku on other occasions, and I would always come back to the Hyatt Regency. It's location is great for my business in the city which is away from the historical centre, so the traffic to and from the hotel is not badly affected by the traffic jams elsewhere in Baku. The staff are polite and helpful, English is widely spoken, the check-in and check-out procedure is very efficient, room-service quality is excellent, the limited choice on the room-service menu is an advantage because everything is fresh, the breakfast restaurant is exceptional, there is free WiFi in the room, and the gym free to use in the Hyatt next door has everything you could ask for including swimming pool and steam room/sauna. My flights into and out of Baku usually arrive very late and depart very early and the reception staff are always very professional regardless of the time of day. I spend almost 200 nights per year in hotels, and this one is one of the very best in my experience.

“Calm and Efficient”

Arrived to a nice surprise - room upgrade to a suite. Larger than some flats I have seen. Service was great. Good Breakfast. Have just received a mail saying I left a computer flash drive behind and where would I like it sending to.
