“Great Bakersfield Motel”

It was a great stay. The motel was all decorated for Christmas. The rooms very comfortable and close to others staying there. The shuttle service to the airport was a plus. Thank you very much.

Bakersfield is half way from LA to Modesto. Great stop. We love to have dinner at the Crystal Palace, great meal and live country music, and the hotel restaurant is great also. Free full breakfrast with your stay. Can't beat the price.

The stay at the Best Western Crystal Palace Inn in Bakersfield, California will be most memorable . Parking in relation to the location to the room is very convenient. A good breakfast at the Best Western's Restaurant is included. The grounds are very beautiful. When in Bakersfield again for any reason, we will make this place a repeat stop.

We found the Best Western Crystal Palace Inn to be very comfortable and clean. The beds were excellent and the complimentary breakfast delicious. I would stay here again if I need to travel to Bakersfield. Staff very friendly. For an older hotel, this was very nice.

“Good stay in Bakersfield”

We liked this facility. The room was very nice - most importantly, very clean and welcoming. The full breakfast offered was very good, after a brief walk out of the motel across the way. We looked forward in the evening to a nightcap but the restuarant isn't always open.

“Worst Breakfast in Town”

The hotel was fine. Clean comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast, however, left a great deal to be desired. Your menu was fixed with few choices. The bacon was not even a full rasher - only 3 slices. The toast came un-buttered...and this was NOT a health-food resturant, it was just plain CHEAP. Menus were not offered with other choices. The resturant staff was friendly and service was fast.

“Infested with earwigs”

My husband and I had stayed in the hotel earlier this year when travelling for our business. The last time, the room was adequate for the price. This time, our room was infested with earwigs. They were crawling out of a vent in the wall and were all over the walls, ceiling, and in the bed. Very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again.
