Hi Charlette, our hot water does occasionally take a bit to get hot if it hasn't been used in quite a few hours by any of the guest as the tanks are at the far end of the building. But it is very hot and has very good pressure once it reaches your room. Thank you for your patience!

I am so sorry Shawn, my housekeeper and I try very hard to make sure room and exceptionally clean and sanitized. During the past week/weekend we had a few different events in town that kept us at max room capacity for many days at the hotel and we tried to keep up with the demand the best we could. I definitely will make sure we double check drawers for things like that going forward. Managment

Steven, I am sorry you feel the need to retaliate from being banned from the hotel for your derogatory and abusive behavior with staff last night. The hotel has only had construction to renovate rooms in the 2nd building since last summer and we defiantly do not have construction materials laying out. Please be an adult about the situation. Sorry we had to ask you to leave Steven. You can't yell and use profanity at my 70 year old night clerk over checking in near closing just because you didn't get the room you wanted. The reservation was made for a queen not any of the other rooms you demanded. Your behavior was abusive to our small staff and unacceptable.

Hi Alyson, we made every effort to accommodate you and your partner during your stay. We are very obviously next to a truck stop where many of our guest find our location quite convenient. We are a small non chain owned hotel and as most hotels like this our lobby is not open 24/7. We only have a few employees (not for lack of trying to hire more...) and do the best we can with the staff we have. We do not advertise a breakfast but do supply a diverse amount of breakfast items and snack and drink options as a courtesy to our guests that are welcome to them at any time the lobby is open. I know I personally let you in the lobby to get tea and bottled water while I was doing rooms and laundry. When were you unable to get in the lobby when you needed to? I am on site 24/7 and work 7 days a week to keep the hotel running. I personally blocked out the room above you on your 2nd night so that you didn't have any disturbance above but as I told you when you choose a bottom floor room there is always a chance of guests above you and we did our best to ask them to be respectful. All rooms have coffee makers with coffee and microwave and min fridges, most guest find this quite adequate for their needs. Our rooms and linens are very clean, and we are in the process of upgrading the hotel. We are a very reasonably priced hotel and do not advertise ourselves as a resort type of hotel it sounds like you may have been looking for. My apologies for that. My small staff and I do the best we can to make it a clean and comfortable stay for our guest. Sincerely,Management

The Eldorado Inn was build in 1978 and it has had updates throughout the years but I am not sure where you got that it was renovated in 2018. We are a smaller family-owned hotel with minimal staff like most businesses these days and our stands for clean rooms and facilities is our top priority for our guests. We offer a quaint non-chain like atmosphere but do not have 24/7 lobby hour. We do our best to provide a clean and comfortable place for people needing a hotel room for a night or two. Hi Gary, we apologies you found the room cleaner/sanitizer overwhelming. We have been short staffed in housekeeping so even the GM has been helping clean and rooms are getting done later at peak times so you probably were in a room that had been cleaned fairly recently. We try to use as natural as possible cleaning products while still sanitizing the rooms properly. You can always ask us for a different room or for us to help you air it out a bit if you have any issues. The Eldorado Inn Team

Hi Linda, we have instant single cup coffee we have been offering at the moment for the last few days to all guest, I wasn't able to place an order in time to get our normal coffee packs for the busy weekend. I apologies if you were not offered any. We try and offer a wide variety of many types of energy bars, granola bar, hot oatmeal, different pastries, fruit cups, applesauce, and other snacks along with juice and many types of tea to suite everyone's taste. This helps us keep our room rates affordable as well as supply breakfast and snacks for everyone.Management
