Un de mes meilleurs séjours dans un hôtel
Séjour parfait : personnel très accueillant, hôtel calme dans un environnement très agréable, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, et un vrai petit-déjeuner buffet chaud. En plus, un petit cadeau de bienvenue dans la chambre en plus des boissons gratuites dans le frigo, et des cookies frais pour le goûter à la réception. Félicitations au manager et à son équipe.

Very convenient place to stay on Bainbridge. We were there for a couple of nights before a cruise. Walk to charming downtown area with shops and a great bakery is about 15 min. Grocery, pharmacy, and Starbucks right across the street. Excellent value for the rate. Very clean and quiet.

The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. Our room smelled like dry pee. It was a disgusting.

We do apologize that you had that kind of experience. If it had been brought up to the desk, we would have done everything in our power to make it right. We could have switched you rooms or had a house keeper freshen up the room/switch out linens.

Property overall was nice. Need more of an eye of detail for cleaning. Found several pieces of small and large debris on floor that had been missed. The under rim of the toilet was bad. Bed presentation was nice, remaining room and bathroom presentation could improve. Breakfast and snacks were a nice touch

I was given a hotel room that someone was currently staying in, so I had to get a different room. Luckily, nobody was inside the room when I walked into it. The cable was then out in the room.

I have stayed here before over the last 3 years. Here is how our experience was this last weekend. The property is a good location and has been upgraded. Breakfast selection was great, staff was happy and professional. A few things that made the stay not great. 1. Bed was not comfortable, mattress had a sunken part in and was not comfortable at all. 2. There were small black flies in the bathroom shower area. 3. TV had no service, not capable of screen sharing options from cell phone to watch a sports game since everything on the island closes around 9pm. Was hoping staff would bring it up and offer a discount or something to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Our employees would have loved to address the issues, if they were brought to our attention before check-out.The cable was something our facility couldn't fix due to the cable being cut for the island, police had informed us about the issue.

Our facility doesn't own either of those amenities, but there is a local pool just up the street that we generally will send guests to if we were asked about.Thank you for staying with us!

I wanted to love this place-- but it was just OK. Over a mile out of town (so, no walking to/from downtown). I wouldn't have called what I had a "suite"-- standard 2-bed motel room with a wide entryway with counter (no seats), small fridge and mini microwave, paper plates, no coffee maker. One uncomfortable armchair and a desk chair. View of an inner courtyard (other people's windows). The included breakfast was adequate, but nothing more; only seating is at high tables with stools, listening to the conversation of 2 employees at the front desk. Place recommended for dinner (within walking distance) is not truly a "pub", but an unbearably noisy sports bar with so-so food. On the plus side, it was clean, bed was comfy, there was an extra blanket in the closet.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Free parking in a garage that’s as secure as Fort Knox though parking on the street is just as safe. The night manager is an angel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast options were waffles, hard boiled eggs, toasted bagels, oatmeal, fruit, and cereal. Free snacks and beverages were incredibly helpful for our days of adventuring the island. The walk from the ferry terminal is not bad at about 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again! My 12 year old loved it too.

Despite the listed amenities and pictures on their website, there are no coffee pots in the rooms. As I was told by the front desk. Very disappointing.

We are very sorry Gail. The City of Banbridge has banned all containers for coffee, condiments and serving ware. We were not able to find products that met their regulations so we just had to remove them. We do however offer coffee in the lobby from 6:30a to 10pm daily.

The room was clean and fresh without perfumes. Windows open and have nice shades. Everything worked as it should. Staff was mostly pleasant. No restaurant in hotel, but a couple options nearby. The coffee was pretty ok. The breakfast foods were ok, rather typical. However, you could grab a snack anytime of day...fresh fruit always available. Parking was very good. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The bed was comfortable even though it was softer than I like. There are bedside lights so you can read in bed. The internet connection was a bit spotty--I think it can vary depending where you are in the building, because I haven't had this problem before. Sadly, the room had no cups suitable for heating up water for tea in the microwave. But these are available in the lobby.

If you have any interaction with the weekend desk staff, I hope it’s the young lady who is a Navy spouse, with long braided hair, who worked the evening shift, when we checked in. Extremely friendly, and helpful. While her counterparts from the morning shift, were rude and condescending. The concept of customer service must be lost on the two women who worked in the morning
