Bahia Chahue features a beach club that is open to the public. Although the beach is lovely here, the tide’s strong undercurrent can make swimming treacherous. Wide boulevards connect the seaside town to La Crucecita, originally built to house the area’s tourism workers. La Crucecita offers the best shopping in the area and restaurants favored by locals.
