Handy location. Some distance from the ski lifts but easily reached with the ski-bus. Clean and large room but situated next to the stairs and a little noisy. Breakfast and dinner excellent quality and organized.

Lovely stay at Bad Gastein, Austria
Very impressive hotel in a spectacular location with excellent swimming and health facilities, very tasty breakfast and a lovely nearby local restaurant. A nice stopping point for travelling in Austria before putting the car on the train for Mallnitz.

Nice and quiet hotel.
Nice , convenience and quiet hotel. Nice view. short staff so service is slow but friendly. No air conditioning. Food was good.

They are very slow in everything- to clean the table in the breakfast area took half hour. They are very nice peoples. The room wasn’t so clean, and the beds wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

One of the best hotels I have been staying.
Excellent hotel with beautiful Mountain View, easy access. Nice staff, good breakfast, nice dinner menu. Clean n spacious room, nice spa. Would love to come again if revisiting.

Serene Gastein Trip in a Comfortable Hotel..
The stay was amazing on the lap of fresh nature, room was spacious having a nice balcony and staff was amicable. Food option was limited and suggest to have more varieties especially on Chicken menus. Public Transport is not convenient as it is 4 miles from Central Station and no restaurants are available in walking distance. Overall stay was fantastic in Gastein Valley....

We stayed during summer 2018. 3 family. Three rooms. We wanted to see real Austria. We all left very happy with town and entire Austria. Very nice and clean hotel. Perfect service. Everybody is very nice. Stuff is very friendly and patient with tourists. Locals are very polite and try to help. Hotel location is at the entrance into the town and far from downtown but it has it charm and since we had cars it was not a problem. Great view of mountains and Bad Gadstein itself. Sauna was very clean. Restaurant - good food. No complains at all. Great country. We will come back.

In general, a realy great hotel, it have everithing for whom is traveling area and those who are looking for spa and relaxation. Great and rich breakfast, big and comfort rooms and of course, the great views of Tyrol from the room's privet balcony.

Stayed for the spa facilities.
This hotel is outside of the main town but has marvelous spa facilities. Everything is clean and fresh. The pool is made up of fresh mountain thermal water but the hotel controls the water. They remove the radon and add some chlorine but not too much. The water feels very fresh. They also lower the temperature. The spa area does not offer any hot pools or jacuzzis. They do have steam rooms and saunas downstairs from the pool area which is typical European (unisex and nude or towels only). The hotel provides towels, robes and slippers in a nice tote bag located in your room to use in the spa. The hotel has a restaurant. We had breakfast there. It was very good.There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance if you want something different from what the hotel offers. We wanted apple strudel for dinner so we walked to one close by. They have bicycle's you can use as well to explore the area. It is a good uphill climb to get to the town of Bad Gastein. We did not use them though since it was raining. The room was large and nice. The bath room was modern. The bed was a little hard for our taste but not unreasonably so. Overall, a very nice stay.

we won't go again
This once great hotel (my once favourite in Bad Gastein) has become a let-down under the new management. Complere change of personnell, what was once super friendly, competent and helpful is now the opposite.

Bad experience with Un unexpected 5 star hotel especially with the reception staff and I spend more than 40 minutes waiting to take my bags after that I take my bags by self.

Awesome hotel for couples or family
One of the best hotels i have ever been to, so nice and clean and quiet for people seeking relaxtion its out of the center of badgastein and not too far, staff are incredibly nice like they're from another planet, professional and very helpful, the place is crowded with old nice folks, facilities are supurb and the food is so good especially breakfast, plenty of free parking areas and free wifi service for everyone but the coverage isnt good enough, overall i won't go to a different hotel on my next visit its the best u can get.

Lecker Essen - Gut Schlafen - Sport zum Ausgleich
Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral in Bad Gastein. Dafür hat es eine ruhige Lage, wo man gut schlafen kann. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist recht umfangreich. Das Abendessen - 3-Gang-Menü- absolut Klasse. Im Fitnessbereich hatte ich nur den Pool benutzt - sehr angenehm.
