Out of all the hotels I’ve been to I was not expecting to be charged two dollars for towels every other hotel Holiday Inn, La Quinta, Marriott never charged me two dollars for towels.

Their is no one at the front desk.Almost seems like they make their own hours. I called the number to try to get someone to go to the front desk to check me in. They charge for clean towels and sheets. They said they wouldn't go clean the room because we only stayed 2 nights and when we got in the elevator to go to our room there was dog poop and it didnt get pick up till maybe around 3 the next day. The wifi didn't work.

I found the room crawling with cockroaches overnight. I told them in the morning. I was told it would handled, that evening on my return it was still crawling. I did not continue my stay.

Most staff members were rude and not helpful. One staff member, Cheletha, was absolutely wonderful, very helpful with a bright and welcoming disposition. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. We will never stay here again.

I understand that it may be hard to keep a hotel clean when it has mini kitchens. However, routine maintenance should be done to keep things like roaches down. The mattresses were hard. The fact that they make you pay to have clean towels is ridiculous. Hotel staff was rarely at the desk if you needed something or had a question. You have to take your own trash out or you are charged. The room floor was filthy. We stayed walking around in slippers or something because if not your feet would surely be black. In a pinch I can understand staying here, but if given other options I'd rather sleep in my car.

Key card machine was down. Front desk rep had to go open my door. Room smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. The restroom was dirty. Look like mud in tub. There was hair and stain on sink. There was a dead small roach in the sink!! Toilet bowl looks dirty.

Great but not so great!
My overall stay was fantastic. There were, however, a few issues. 1) When checking in there were no attendants in the office. I waited 20 mins then called the phone line stated on the flyer in the office. I then waited an additional 16mins before someone came in to check me in. The individual to check me in had the "please don't bother me" attitude the minute she walked into the office. 2) Random noise throughout the night. The few times that I looked it appeared to be attendants cleaning rooms at all hours of the night which I believe is okay if you are mindful that you do have guests staying at your hotel so your noise levels should have been very very low.

I arrived at 7pm only to be told they canceled my reservation because of maintenance issues handed me a cancelation paper that stated due to walk in overbooking and sent me down the road to another Extended stay and that they made arrangements fo me and my family to stay there. When i got there and handed the document to the night manager and explained what they told me she said im tied of them doing this to me your the 11th person sent here and I cant let you stay here because I cant get paid unless you contact Hotels.com and they transfer the payment to this hotel. She said I have a room but you will have to pay again when I asked would she honor the rate she said no. So we had to go find a hotel at 8pm which I did on my own not using Hotels.com again andafter being at the hospital 15 hours I was not doing well. Here it is 5 days later and Hotels.com has not credited me my $300.12 yet .

The room was not clean. There was hair all over the floor. My key didn’t work 100% of the time. The room smelled like an ashtray. The whole building reeked of marijuana! The lady at the front desk was rude to everyone. She should not work in a customer service job!

They did not respet our resevation. They told me it was overbooked. It was like 9pm and no hotels available in the zone. The front desk does not work all the time. They have a phone to call for some one to attend and does not work. After 30 minutes someone show up just to tell us to look somewhere else to stay and call expedia.
