“Location, price and good accomodations”
Stayed here multiple times and enjoy the conistency of the accomodations. Great location and among the best price in the area. Hotel is clean and comfortable and now includes hot breakfast.

Consistency of amenities - clean, comfortable, quiet, close to restaurants and everything else that we needed.
“My "first choice" hotel in Austin...”
Wonderful experience (again). The rooms (we had two) were very clean and well appointed, the staff was very friendly, and the location in northwest Austin was ideal. We (family of four) will definitely visit again--and, in fact, are planning to stay again next month.
“Impressed - A Little Follow-Though and Attention Needed”
I would have rated Towneplace Suites all 5s if it were not for these 4 things: Equipment available in the exercise room (it would have been nice to have a stationery bike). A filtered water supplier was available in the exercise room, but no cups. When house keep cleaned my bathroom, the bottom of the kleenix box got wet (I assume that the kleenixs at the bottom did also). Lastly, my wake-up call for my last night was missed. Overall I would stay again.
“Nice place to stay”
Attending a wedding in Austin. Our adult son was traveling with us, so we needed two bedrooms. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing bad about the hotel was that it did not have free wireless internet connection. It had free internet but you had to be plug into the wall. Would diffidently stay there again.

great place for family to stay, close to shops and food, easy to get downtown. would stay again. good pool kids loved it. breakfast was only muffins and juice, no waffles.
“MY STAY AT THE FABULOUS TOWNPLACE SUITES”
I really liked staying here & will look for Towneplace Suites anytime I am chosing a hotel. THe staff were very nice & the room was fabulous-it really wasnt a room, it was like an apartment. The hotel had a nice boutique feel, very nice beds, lots of great tv's. I really like the concept of a 2 bedroom hotel & LOVED that the bathroom was a room of its own. It didnt blend into the rooms so you werent worried about waking someone up in the morning or in the night going to the bathroom. The grab & go breakfast was fun to, they had bags to put all of your stuff in. It was your basic continental breakfast fare but with a bag to take them away in. The exercise area was nice, the laundry room was nice, there were plenty of towels & the hotel suite was very clean & very roomy. I couldnt have asked for a better room. My mother & I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were also very comfortbale, there was plenty of closet space & dressers in both rooms. I cant think of one negative thing to say about this place. Check out was as easy & pleasant as checking in. We wished we had been staying longer than one night.

The room was awesome. I was impressed by the mounted flat panel that swung conviently to face the bed. Very clean and modern decor. Highly Recommended.
“"Just Like Home"”
This hotel has the amenities of home. a kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator and flatscreen televisions in the family room and each bedroom. It was clean, comfortable and affordable.

Very impressed with the Hotel and staff. Very good location for shopping and lots of stores around the corner.
