“Westin - it's worth it!”
I live in San Antonio and decided to take my daughter to Austin for an unplanned daddy/daughter getaway. She's 14 and hitting that shopping stage. After looking online at hotels, we decided to go with the Westen Austin at the Domain. We weren't disappointed! This is a brand new hotel built with the comforts of home. Couple that with the fantastic town center feel of the Domain shopping plaza, located directlly across the street, and you've got an excellent choice for a great getaway. We'll definately go back!

The hotel was 4 days old when we checked in. The decor, the service and the facilities are second to none. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. I will be staying here every time I come to Austin
“Delightful stay in Austin”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin. I had inadvertently reserved a room with a king size bed instead of 2 doubles. I was able to change my request on check in. The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at the Westin again!
“Nice hotel but.....”
It was a great hotel but for a 4 star hotel I would expect more from the guys out front, they only wanted to help if you needed it. We stayed at the Drury Plaza (a 3 star) in San Antonio and they just unloaded our luggage for us and we did not have to tell them or ask. The people at the front desk were very polite and courteous but they seemed as if they were better than the common man.

Loved this new hotel. The staff was friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Free transportation to surrounding restaurants and retail is a nice touch.
“Best in Austin”
The Westin is a fablous hotel that I would whole-heartedly recommend. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. On my last day, the housekeeping staff made a creature out of washcloths and hand towels for me. The entire staff is eager to please. The location is close to the highways and easy to navigate to and from.

“Austin Westin Domain is a Great Place”
When we arrived we were an hour early. The registration staff went out of their way to get us in a room early. We changed into our swimming wear and hit the pool. The pool area, the hotel room and lobby area were very clean and each of the staff met us with a smile and welcomed us. A rather nice experience. One of the really nice things about this hotel is the location with high end shopping, eating and a movie theater literally within walking distance. My appreciation goes out to the management, staff and Westin.
“Had a wonderful time”
The hotel is absolutely wonderful. If you are planning a get away with your wife or girlfriend you cannot go wrong. Lots of highend shopping and restaraunts located within the Domain shopping village. Staff is more than happy to drive you around in their golf carts to any shop. Just remember to tip. I had questions about other locations in Austin and directions and before I could ask, they had already printed out mapquest directions and called ahead to find out store hours for me. We went on 4th of July weekend and we could see multiple firework shows from our 6th story room. Would definitely go back just to experience that again during July 4th. Bathrooms were amazing. My girlfriend is picky about that. You can't go wrong here.
