The room was a bit outdated but it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Personnel at the desk were very nice and the free breakfast was more than adequate. We would stay here again.

Not a true Springhill
Room was more like a red roof inn than spring hill. Reeked of air freshner and very old. To check in took us over 20 minutes just for the receptionist to come out the back. Definitely would not recommend

Sooooo cold! Bathroom floor was ice cold. Unbearably cold. Shower was a mess to get hot water to come out. And the a/c heater unit very annoying. Didn’t blow hot air and fan stays on circulating cold air.

This is a property that needs some maintenance. The first room we were in had a strong disinfectant or air freshener smell. We tried it through the first night but had to change rooms for the second night. In both rooms, Both rooms needed work on their caulking. The second room had a towel rack that was ready to come off the wall. The second room smelled fine until the blower came on. Then it was a musty smell...not too overwhelming but not fresh either.

SpringHill did their job. You guys didn’t and when I called to let you know that I couldn’t check in due to you guys having my reservation pending I got hung up on by your customer service agent. SpringHill suites had to cancel my reservation through Expedia and get CHARGED again to get out of the cold.

Unfortunately my room wasn't very clean when I arrived, but staff was extremely understanding accommodating when I asked to switch to the Hilton across the street. Although the cleanliness is more on the housekeeping staff not so much on them, the front desk did everything they could to ensure that I was taken care of, and that was greatly appreciated.

I did not like the room that was a mobility room. There were a number of design flaws that made maneuvering with a walker difficult. Otherwise the property was well kept.

This is hotel is 9 minutes from downtown Austin and 10 minutes from airport. Great location, clean outside, exceptional customer service. Breakfast was nice because it was fresh, clean and very organized. My only concern was the room I stayed in. It smelled like fresh urine. My sister is NP and alerted me to the seriousness of the smell. Additionally, when we turned the air conditioner on the urine smell only intensified. It became overwhelming. The hotel room needs a deep cleaning. The carpet is very dirty. To add, I took a rag to wipe up a lotion stain off the floor. Instead the rag turned brown and that’s when I really knew the floor was dirty. Overall the beds were clean, the towels were bright and white, the microwave was clean and the kitchen area was clean. It’s appears, the hotel room would benefit from a deep cleaning. Wiping down the surface is not enough. The front desk worker was kind and very responsive to this matter. She offered an immediate discount and took notes.

It is completely outdated and dirty/dingy. I would have left if we were not so exhausted. We both got up around 5am due to a banging outside and an extremely uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows. I wanted to get going and out of there, so I looked at the shower and there were 2 conditions, no shampoo! The shower head was hanging off the wall and a spider. I called downstairs to ask about shampoo, he asked me to come down to the front desk. He gave me a bottle that had a layer of dust on top and the pump was off. I fixed the pump, but then when I tried to use it, the pump was broken. Irritated, we brushed our teeth, and the sink would not drain, it was not pleasant. At this point, we didn't care, the stains on the carpet and stains everywhere else was making our skin crawl. Marriot needs to give this one away.

The people working there were all so friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and nice, the pull out couch beds are not comfortable but kinda expected that. The problem we had was they oversold so when we came to check in, our room that we reserved was given to someone else! Didnt know that could happen when you choose a specific room and book it. They did find a room for us not the same set up though and very squishy but then put us in what we had originally reserved a couple nights later. Didnt know hotels could do that. A reservation should be a reservation.

Had two rooms reserved showed up early and was told we were going to be placed in our rooms within five minutes. Waited over a half hour left to get lunch and received an email later that we had been moved to a hotel completely across the city.
