Overall great experience. We stayed in a Studio suite. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The suites overall were spacious, but the area of the bed and bathroom seemed a bit cramped. This hotel has not been opened long and there are still the expected minor kinks being worked out here and there. For example, in our room one of the bathroom shelves was installed on a slant, making it possible for small items to slide off. But the staff is anxious to correct these glitches and we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone with business or family in the Mueller Community.

Stayed a couple of nights with the family. It was nicer than the average hotel, the kind of place I would typically stay at on a business trip. Breakfast was good. Only issue (not an issue to us) was our room was on the freeway side of the building and the sound of the traffic was present. A good hotel IMHO, I'd definitely stay there again.

The customer service is outstanding at this location. We had a young lady with an accent that helped us out. She was incredible! I actually wanted to offer her a job to work for our company :) Thank you guys for accommodating us and letting us use your conference room and breakfast area during our stay. We will definitely return for future events and meetings.

We have stayed at this hotel the last four years and the remodel they completed is excellent! I hate to pick on housekeeping as I know people like their homes/rooms to be cleaned a certain way, but simple things could make a big impact. If they would unload the dishes from the dishwasher instead of just loading the new dishes and running it again. Taking out the trash daily would be great because the cans that are provided are very small and easy to overfill. I did notice the addition of the vacuum this year and was very pleased to see them using it as I have small children who crawl on the floor.

"I will be a guest as long as Brent is the manager"
Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk made a mistake and charged us again for a room already paid for on Expedia (fortunately I had my paperwork). Needless to say...that tied up quite a bit of money on my card that created a headache for a few days. However, the manager Brent was AWESOME! He spoke with the bank to ensure the charges were removed as soon as we made him aware; and literally went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure there were no other snafus during the stay. The customer service was great and allowed me to enjoy my stay. As long as Brent is the manager, I will always stay at this hotel while visiting in Austin. It truly pays to have staff that treat the guests well, take responsibility for any mistakes, displays empathy and ensures you have as much of a carefree stay as possible. Great guy that ensured we received great service from both him and the rest of the staff! I can't brag enough about Brent!
