Everything was great - except the check-in process. We had a late flight, and it was nearly 1 a.m. when we arrived. There were four people already in line at the front desk, waiting for the lone employee to take care of each person. As we waited in line, three more guests arrived and joined the queue, as well as the crew from our flight who the desk clerk signed in while he was working with the first person in line. One employee to take care of everyone. When we finally got to the desk, I asked if it was always this busy, and he said, "Every night." ??!??!?! I guess since late-arriving guests have no choice but to wait, the hotel isn't losing business by under-staffing their front desk, but they should. It was almost 2 a.m. by the time we got to our room. Ridiculous.

This property had everything we needed for a 6:00am flight out....dinner the night before was excellent...often unusual for a hotel chain restaurant. The shuttle was on time and close to the airport. The room was comfortable and had all the things.

This was a clean and convenient place to stay after a late night flight. They have a shuttle to and from the airport that runs 24/7. The driver who picked us up after our long delays at 3 am was so kind and energetic! Definitely recommend if you need to stay close to the airport.

Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. Pool was cold, no hot tub. No information given about the amenities or restaurant. Service at restaurant not great so we left and walked to a local fast food place nearby. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Staff tried to enter room at 0830 to clean while i was just getting out the shower, breakfast buffet was $17. I flew in late so it was nice that they have 24/7 bus transport and didnt need to wait long to get to the hotel. There is a starbucks inside.

Property was large - shuttle service to and from the airport was great and on time. Restaurant had good food with reasonable pricing. We only stayed one night but it was a good experience.

Convenient to airport, prompt shuttle pickup even late at night. Check in smooth. However, room was freezing, had no disposable cups, one tiny bar of soap for two people(no liquid soap either), limited sugar and creamers (2) for coffee, bed cover very thin and no additional blankets so we had to use dry towels on bed to get warm (yes, we turned the a/c up but it took hours for it to moderate). Our previous visit two weeks earlier was much better with all the amenities so we were really disappointed. This inconsistency means we will look somewhere else the next time we need an overnight stay in Austin.

Information online vs what really going on was a challenge vs the Hilton site, The Bar didn't open until much later. The room was noisy. Check-in was not friendly or informative. Location to the Airport Fantastic. The hole in the wall down on the baseboard in the bathroom was 2"X 2" Like they forgot a piece of trim. Covered it with a towel. Overall, this could be a nice hotel if they paid attention to details and cleaned it up. Some updates are needed as well

Last min stay flight cancelled. Quick transport, speedy check in. Both restaurant and bar with food were open late, great food for tired hungry travelers. Room was nicely appointed, comfy bed and AMAZING shower.

normal size pillows that only take up half the space on a king size bed, bartender acted like she had better places to be, got a generic thank you email from the hotel at 4am that would've woken me up if i hadn’t already been up for a flight, and why in the world is the body wash locked onto the wall by the hand sink not even close to the shower? am i supposed to get some soap in a cloth before i get into the shower?
