Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservé, malgré un check in à 13h. Globalement séjour satisfaisant mais voisins très bruyants. Pas très bien insonorisé. Service concierge très bien.

This place is AMAZING! My daughter and I went for a girl's weekend, and could not have been more pleased. They treated us like Royalty. I flew in right before a terrible storm that took out the Wi-fi, so they comped me 4 movies to make up for it. The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the parking. It is not free. $50 a night tax to self park and $59 a night for valet parking. That being said, the valet staff was super. Well worth the money. Especially given the location. the food was excellent. The spa experience was "life changing", out corner room was spectacular with an amazing view of the city (26th floor), and the bed and bedding the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. Don't get me wrong.. we spent a lot of money there. But it was worth every penny. And the entire staff treated us like we spent a million dollars there. We'll definitely go again.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was a bit…snobby at times. AC in the rooms would not stay on and led to a hot, uncomfortable sleep, especially with the heavy down comforters. The city is full of construction, especially in the area around the hotel. Overall a nice facility, with some blemishes with service and comfortability

Expedia needs to update their information about this hotel. I was surprised when I got there and asked me to pay $200 for a deposit ($100/night) while Expedia told me that I just need to pay $82 at the property. Overall it’s a beautiful and great place, I had a corner room with a champagne as complementary 😍😍. Thanks for Fairmont Teams it has been a great experience for me and my wife❤️

I thought the mandatory charge for services was a low class ploy to draw additional money from guests. Also the valet charge was excessive in relation to similar hotels. I would rather spend more up front and avoid the feeling that these charges give me. This property was nice enough, but for these reasons I would not return.

While the property made efforts to provide us a room that was wheelchair accessible, its main doors are not accessible for people who use a wheelchair or may have other disabilities. Someone had to be around to open the door for my mother who was in a wheelchair, every time we went in or out! For a 4 star hotel to not have automatic doors is disappointing!

Wonderful stay and property was very nice. The staff was amazing from the first impression to our last. We had a couple issues when we got to our room where the TV didn’t work and the goodies hadn’t been replaced from the previous person staying in the room but the staff cleared it up fast. Just wasn’t the 5 star we would expect but everyone was great to take care of it. Overall, it was great and we will be back. Lots of construction around downtown and the hotel but it didn’t become an issue at all.
