“Great Hotel”
Great service and clean. Easy to find and right by 24 hr diner. Perfect for our trip.
“Great little place to stay cheap!”
Wasn't expecting too much for the price . Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. The room was small but we did not spend that much time there. Would stay there again.
“Incredibly Decent for the money”
Hot water, microwave, fridge, ice machine on walking distance from room, parking lot RIGHT OUTSIDE the room (which was important for us as road trippers since we need the stuff in the car handy). Free wifi which they give you the password for before you even ask about Internet. Reasonable breakfast & clean sheets. We'd definitely crash in that hotel again.

“Pleasantly surprised”
Driving into the Days Inn University Downtown, I thought "I hope this is clean and safe." I was more than pleased with the quality of service and amenities offered by this older facility. The rooms had a nice microwave and small refrigerator and ample dresser drawer space. The swimming pool, though small, was a nice feature and was very clean. When we were there it was very hot in Austin, and the pool provided welcome relief. The continental breakfast had much to offer, and I appreciated having coffee available in the lobby most of the time. I would definitely return!!

It was a great location. When I needed a taxi, I just called from the room and the front desk phoned my room when taxi arrived. It has a great resturant next to them.

We have used this hotel 3 times in the past 5 years & we are very satisfied. It has been refurbished and the staff are very helpful. The Seed Cafe next door is very reasonable & is open 24 hours, The bus stops outside the hotel & in 5 minutes your in the heart of Downtown. We certainly hope to return to this hotel.

Although this place isn't really walking distance to the downtown area; the cab ride is only $6, so it's actually a good place to be. And you have a 24 hr diner right downstairs that is great when you have jetlag. Rooms are basic but clean and no complaints there. The continental breakfast is very basic but what can you expect. Would stay there again.
“A great hotel near UT Austin!”
Hotel was clean and very conveniently located if you need to be close to UT. It was about a 15 minute walk to campus. It was a bit pricey for a Days Inn BUT it's the best value if you want to be close to campus, especially considering surrounding hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe and the room was very clean! Free WIFI in the rooms. I would definitely stay there again!
