Location of property was good. Building looked like it was half remodeled. Elevator smelled old and dingy. Bathtub faucet was broken. Room looked like it needed some painting done and some outlets didn’t work. Felt like an old hotel that was remodeled and halfway through just gave up and figured it would be ok. Only positive thing was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were really comfortable!! the room i got was big!! Everything was clean.. the staff was great.. the only thing was the musty smell in the room.. but other than that everything was great!!

The property is extremely outdated and needs renovation. The back door to the parking lot was unlocked all night. The room itself was comfortable and had excellent pillows. It was noisy throughout the night being so close to the highway.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, and will never stay again. It started with the paint pealing off the walls in some places all over the room, and some spots were clearly painted over with the wrong color. There was a patched door handle that a two year old could’ve done better. However the icing on the cake was that we had little to NO HOT WATER. My daughter took a shower that night and got 5 minutes of luke warm water before it turned cold and after waiting an hour I still had none. The next morning I tried again and I still only had luke warm water for about 3 minutes. To make matters worse the walls are paper thin and I could hear ever step the people above took, and they sounded like elephants. Additionally, anytime someone walked down the halls, I heard it. When I complained to the desk clerk, she barely gave me an apology and acted like she’d heard it before..

The room smell awful. Musty n old. Then no hot water in the shower. The tub was nasty n unclean. I asked For a refund of the second night. Nothing yet. It was a two night stay that quickly became one due to the no hot water n musky smell dirty tub n phone not working either. The traffic noise is awful all night

Thank you for your feedback. 1. guest did not let our Front Desk enter the room to check the water. 2. when the guest left the Front Desk went up to the room to check the water and there was not water. 3. phone did work in the room due to the guest used to to call the front desk to ask for a phone number. 4. with the hotel being next to the highway yes some guest may experience hearing the vehicles passing by. 5. refund for the second night you will need to call hotel engine and inquire about it. since the room was not booked through us we are not sure of hotels engine policy. Room had unfinished Sheetrock, usb and other plugs were either missing or didn’t work. Giant wood roaches come out of ring around shower head. I took pictures of all described above and manager was supposed to call me, and no one has attempted to make right.

Do not stay here. The room had severe water damage that hasn’t been fixed properly. It looked like someone just painted over it. Lights flickered a lot. It smelled musty and it was infested with ants.

Property in my opinion looked a little outdated. Elevator looked old and outdated. Elevator was small and can only fit about 3-4 people at the most. I think property is old and outdated. Time for a renovation in my opinion.

Do not stay here ever! Not close to 3stars
We were greeted with a tub full of water at midnight and no other rooms available. My son and I fixed the problem without so much as an “I am sorry” from the front desk. We also encountered ants, shower leaking, filthy black stuff on the comforter and boardlike surfaces on which to sleep with the smallest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel room. Additionally the key cards needed to be demagnetized 4 times in two days. Again without an “I am sorry”. Instead it was explained that we may have them too close to our phone or other cards in our wallet. Where would you expect to put these cards? Perhaps you should replace the cards and the beds and the window treatments that are not hung correctly There is much more to say but I have a life

We reserved two nights and had to switch rooms because one night was reserved for a handicapped room. Second night we were on the first floor 2 rooms from the dining area and I had to call the front desk to quiet the mob of people laughing and yelling. The rooms are dingy, the hotel has recently taken a nose dive in cleaning and overall appearance. We have stayed here several times and this will be the last time we stay here!

Was charged for four rooms when I was only supposed to be charged for one. Was told it would take 14 days for my card to be credited back. Unacceptable! Will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Thank you for your feed back. The credit back to the cards take any where from 7-14 business days. All incoming reservation for the day cards are run first thing in the morning. When checking in the new credit card should have been presented and the front desk could of made the switch. Thank you and have a bless day.

Clogged drain in shower/tub. Remnants of clog (ball of hair) left in toilet for me to see. Disgusting! Shower head needs replacement. Water seeping out of shower area on to floor. Shower curtain not able to stay in tub area because curtain in too short.

The staff was rude, did not even greet when walked in. I had to say hi I’m here to check in she was just staring at me like if i was a bother?! The room was decent. Besides there was patches of paint guess a hole covered? Could atleast match the paint with what’s on the wall already.. hair on the bed… & only a half roll of toilet paper on restroom??

The property was very outdated. The room was musty smelling. The AC box was unattached. The tub was cracked, rusted, the faucet and shower head was barely attached. The overall property was very outdated. Would not stay at this location again. One positive, the beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. The elevator was very dirty. The workout room had no clips so couldn’t use the facility. Broken glass throughout the parking lot. No one emptied the outdoor trash by the main doors in the 3 days we were there. Our TV didn’t work. Rust in bathtub was gross. Curtains would not close.

Check in is at 4:00 now not 3:00 like stated on expedia. Staff was not even trying to let in is any earlier. Lots of construction by the hotel. The pool was filled with alge. Staff looked like tgey had just walked in off streets, hoodies and backward . We ended up just driving back hime and not staying there.

The room was ok. It looks nicer in the pictures on line. Bed was lumpy. Not enough pillows. Carpet made my feet dirty. Room had a musty smell. Smelled like cigarettes. I had to go to the desk to get an air freshener. They had no other rooms available.

The front window/sliding glass doors to the front were smashed out by an angry customer and the police were called. There was a Giant black cricket waiting for me in my room when I got there and the items in the breaksfast bar were all sticky. Do not recommend!!

it’s was a great location for the game my son plays football and it was close to the stadium and nice atmosphere and also reasonable prices food was very good for breakfast will definitely stay here again
