“I would stay at this hotel again”
My girlfriend and I were impressed with how easy it was to find this hotel, how close it was to a great shopping experience, and how comfortable the room was.
“Very Satisfied!”
The hotel was very well-run, clean, conveniently located. The staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful. People in the northeast would be happy to know there's a Christmas Tree Shops store directly across the street. They are known for their gadgets and household bargains. The breakfast was above average. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel close to all shopping and only 1/2 to freeport....christmas tree shop is practically in the parking lot! Great time!
“Great stay, great breakfast!”
Clean spacious rooms and welcoming staff. We appreciated the truly non-smoking rooms. The pool was great for the family after a long drive. Fresh hot waffles for breakfast, plus scrambled eggs and sausage, a variety of baked goods, fruit and coffees. Very good and complimentary! We are very pleasesd we chose to stay here.
“We will go back!”
We had a very comfortable stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Maine Evergreen! Our room, on the first floor, was conveniently accessed from the parking spot directly in front of our room. The Continental Breakfast was amazing! We were treated to a full buffet which included eggs, sausage, assorted juices, hot beverages, muffins, bagels, yogurts and made on the spot, waffles and so much more! This will be our first place to stay if we are in the Augusta area again! Immaculate rooms, friendly staff, convenient on and off the Maine Turnpike, close to shopping areas and close to fine restaurants and antique shops in nearby Hallowell as well as the Augusta area. The Augusta Civic center is nearby and can be reached by easy on and off the interstate from the hotel to the next exit at the Civic Center.
“Visiting home stater”
Families have grown & we can't all fit at one brother's house anymore. So, looked for local hotel to my brother's in Manchester. This hotel was priced right on-line but deliverd more. We didnt know breakfast would be included & it was a very nice one, Belgian waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, bacon...quite a bit more than I expected from a Quality Inn. Though location is boring, it is w/in walking dist of a grocery store for any long term guests. Internet access in lobby & recently renovated guestrooms all made it a great place! Would definitely recommend...
“Great place for a family”
My family of four checked into a newly renovated room with two queen sized beds. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot. The kids loved the make your own waffles! The cleaning staff was very accomodating. We were experiencing a three hour deficit with the time change. They patiently waited for us to arise and leave the room, and then would return to clean it for us. The computer terminal in the lobby was a bonus for online flight check in and for mapping local travels. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I give it two thumbs up!
“Safe Choice”
We have been staying here for the past 5 years (was an America's Best Inn until last year) each summer when dropping off/picking up our kids from Summer camp. The rooms are large, clean, and well maintained. The staff (check-in and housekeeping) is much better than most motels. Since last year the lobby has been expanded to include a much large breakfast room. (I like the waffles). One special positive that I don't see too often -- while many motels have an internet access computer in the lobby, this motel has a printer hooked up to it so that guests can print out airline pre-checkin boarding passes, etc. It's very helpful.
“Wonderful service and Very Convenient!”
They could not have been nicer. They recommended a very nice restaurant very close by and gave us coupons for the meal!. The hotel wes right off the highway and sved us time getting bwack on our trip thei next morning to Canada. Very clean a wonderful breakfast and a great value. Beds were very comfortable!
“A warm, relaxing and refreshing place to celebrate”
I celebrated my fifteth b/day at the Quality Inn & Suites Maine Evergreen Hotel and I must bragg n shout out the A+ rate that i can give this comforting, welcoming, clean, and relaxing place to spend ones big milestone or just a weekend runaway. The romatic view of this hotel wants me to return for another vaction. The staff was very warm and assisted my every need. I would recomend it to any one who needs a quiet, relaxing place to share with friends, family and lover. The shopping areas are convinient and the town of Augusta is antique, refreshing and the food is great. Cant come to Maine and dont eat lobster. A job well done, and thumbs up to this hotel.I will be back.
