This hotel seems to cater to those who are homeless, prostitutes, and others. If you are middle class, this is not the hotel for you. Inside the rooms, everything is dirty, and the furniture is torn up. There are stains all over the carpet and chairs. The bathroom door is old and decaying. Please do not bring your family here.

It was disgusting. I had to clean the bathroom (URINE on the toilet) when I arrived because there was no cleaning staff available and the front desk staff chad gave me cleaning supplies. It would have been more courteous to offer me a different room.

The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. It was closed the entire time we were there. The hotel constantly smelled like weed and the other customers were rude and noisy. Breakfast was limited because some of the customers treated it like an all you can eat buffet.

Upon check out, I was told that I could not have a receipt. I was also told that I had to tell the person at the desk my rewards number before he would tell me whether I was on the board member but I know damn well it’s on the computer that he was looking at then he told me he couldn’t give me a receipt, nor can you tell me what rate I have been charged I will never stay at this property ever again. I was thoroughly thoroughly disappointed by my treatment have they not already had reservations at the ends and suites in Durham. I would’ve changed them that I 20 confusing sweets. It’s terrible just plain terrible. The clerk, upon check out was condescending and uncooperative. I will never stay at this place again, and I’m contemplating that ever using country, inns and suites ever again. Once again, have a Matt already had reservations at the country Inn and suites in Durham I would have changed them and I will consider other hotels in the future when I make trip south again or any other direction in this country. Stayed here for our yearly family Thanksgiving vacation and i would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff room was beyond my expectations and when we come back next year will be staying again
