“Excellent stay”
Very comfortable.Staff very helpful and accomodating
“Good value”
Noting that there was construction upgrades going on at the hotel, I just want say that the staff kept the hotel clean and safe for it's patrons. The entry was being worked on and there was never a mess or a disturbance of noise. I overheard the young lady at the reception desk as she talked to a patron who was not happy with the construction work and was nothing but professional. All I can say to that is... is YOUR house in this excellent condition when you have work being done! Bravo to an excellent staff considering the construction. You went out of your way to make sure every customer comfortable and happy.

good area,close to rstaurant,shopping mall nothing fancy,we just neede a place to stay near rockland,me for the lobster festival,good brkfst,very friendly staff
“Good value”
Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Located outside Augusta center. Near large shopping mall. Resturants close by.

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were bright and clean. The employees were very pleasant and accommodating with helpful shopping tips and store locations.
“Not at their best”
They were going through a renovation at the time of our stay. The rooms were fine but the rest of the hotel was in disaray.

This hotel has a convenient location and is adjacent to a restaurant. I've never had any problems here before but they were doing some construction and the place was a mess! Call ahead before reserving, once the remodeling is done, then I would say it's OK and a good value.

They were patient with me and my four kids asking several questions. They answered all of them with a smile on their faces. You could see that it didn't bother them. They were always polite and accomodating. They understood what our needs were. Housekeeping did need to clean a little better but the friendlyness over saw that fact.

Very convenient. Staff was very helpful with regard to places to see and eat. Definitely would stay ther again

A good clean hotel, with self service breakfast. not 5* but a good stop off point.
