“pleasantly surprised”
Enjoyed my stay, convenient to interstate and shopping yet a peaceful location.

“Great hotel for the price and location”
It's a great hotel for the price. The room was comfortable, had a small fridge and microwave. Coffee and tea were provided as well. It's not a luxury hotel but has everything a traveler needs.

Very adequate and convenient location. Exceptional parking.
“Will Stay Again”
This hotel could not be in a more convenient location to the shops and restaurants in Augusta. It took two minutes driving time to travel from the parking lot of Kohls to putting the car in park in front of the hotel. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, and quiet. No problems with the Wifi or tv service. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but lots of options nearby. Coffee and water cooler are available in the lobby.
“Shopping trip made easy!”
Upon checking in I realized that somehow we were reserved in a "handicapped" room, not sure how that happened but they were so great about changing our room and quickly too! I was worried that if someone needing the special room were to arrive and there would be no room available for them. The room was nicely decorated, clean and the beds were very comfortable, all in all a very nice room and the staff seemed friendly and were very welcoming upon our arrival. I definatley would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks!!! :)
“I was very pleased”
I was booked at the Best Western by Expedia without knowing where exactly I would be staying based on a special rate. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and that was the case for the remainder of my stay; all of the staff were really friendly, courteous and helpful. That really made a big difference. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was quiet and I never heard any outside noise. The air conditioning and heat worked great and I was able to get the room temperature exactly where I wanted it very quickly. The bathroom was spacious and attractively laid-out. The hotel is located right off the interstate and right next to the shopping center so it was very convenient. I would definitely return if I needed to go back to Augusta overnight.
“Good stop over”
This hotel was a great place to stop for the night. The restaurant that is connected has fabulous food and the cleaning staff are the most helpful and friendliest I've ever exerienced. The front desk person when we checked in wasn't so welcoming however the cleaning staff made up for that and more; they were all so friendly. I'd would stay here again on my travels.

This hotel was very convenient to the interstate, was clean, comfortable and had an incredibly friendly staff! Would definitly recommend it!
