Good location. Receptionist upon arrival at 2am was welcoming and lovely. Sunset bar was closed when we were there so didn’t get to check out the rooftop bar.

We got a very early check-in and an upgraded room. Staff were super courteous and helpful. Room was spacious had all the amenities. Shower was excellent and bathroom spacious. Hotel is in a quite location but only minutes to Auckland tower and business area.

New hotel, room not big but very nice we had Habor view make room look much bigger. VIP Access to hotel was great, early check in, welcome drink, upgrade room and staff very good too. Love Sunset Rooftop Bar, great place for drink, staff very good service. East Restaurant have great yummy food. Just one thing noise from elevator quite annoying me. overall excellent for us.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and fresh. Staff very helpful, we were able to borrow a public transport card for travel on bus, ferry which was an absolute bonus. Quite a long hilly walk from quay. Trendy eateries across the road.

The hotel was in an easy-to-find location and had very good transportation links. It was also very clean and everything was neatly arranged. There is a restaurant next to the lobby with a nice atmosphere, and although we didn't use it, it didn't seem like we would have any trouble finding a meal. The front desk staff also spoke to us in a friendly manner, and my elderly father (who speaks very little English) seemed to enjoy the conversation. If I ever come to Auckland again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Ordentliches, gepflegtes Hotel mit schöner Dachterrasse. Zu Fuss bis zum Hafenviertel ca. 15 Min. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich je nach Belegung sehr laut, Frühstücksangebor selbst gut. Das Hotel organisiert auf Wunsch einen preiswerten Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen. Insgesamt ein gutes Stadthotel und für einen Kurzsaufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Wasn’t too keen on the valet parking, especially when you read the small print. Would prefer to drive my own car as they will not except liability if any damage occur. Plus it made things a little awkward when arriving as a number of cars were waiting. The drop off/valet parking area is rather small as well. Other than that, it’s not a bad hotel

The room was not well appointed. The bathroom was not adequate. The room was small but more importantly there was nowhere to put your things, the plugs didn’t all work and the one hook was unusable as it was dangling from the wall. The staff at the desk and restaurant were very kind and friendly. The people that work there are their best asset.

The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. As stated in the reservation record issued by the Hotel.com. as a Silver member, I could be entitled to the benefit of "1 Free beverage per person for 2 (once per stay)", but to my disappointment, I have not been given any vouchers for enjoying this benefit. Nevertheless, the hotel is a newly renovated hotel without any oddd odour.

Convenient downtown stay
We stayed two nights upon our arrival in Auckland from 10 days in Tasmania. We took a cab from the airport but found Uber less expensive for our trip to airport area for our campervan. Our 6th floor room had a view of the harbor. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. The juices were excellent and the smoked salmon a delight. Coffee could use an upgrade.

A lovely hotel to arrive at after 36 hours of travelling, had booked the night before so I could access my room as soon as I checked in and it was a beautifully decorated hotel, lobby and room!

Perfectly located nice Auckland hotel!
The hotel was stylish and new. Room was decent sized and loved that they offered two beds (seemingly a rarity in New Zealand). Location was perfect, so much in walking distance! Restaurant was good. Only downside was the lack of parking and long wait for the valet but all in all not big problem. Would recommend!
