“Recommended”
A bit pricey but worth it. Modern, clean, and right at the heart of downtown.
“Sky City Grand”
Excellent hotel, in great condition with many fine restaurants either on the property or across the street. Located across the street from the Sky Tower makes it a well-located property downtown.
“Central hotel with great views and amenitieis.”
Check in very efficient. Staff friendly, room clean, comfortable and everything we needed.
“A very accomodating Hotel”
Upon arriving in the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. They were very understanding when I was unable to pay the full deposit because everything we owned had been stolen, they whole team on the front desk did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The facilities were fantastic and we very muched enjoyed the casino simply for the atmosphere, even though we didn't win anything! We had breakfast included with the room and that was superb, very good quality and a wide selection and with amazing views whilst dining. Overall a very enjoyable experience that we will definately take hom with us.

“Awesome Night”
Great night away at the Skycity Grand Hotel where the facilities and comfort of our room made our stay an enjoyable experience. Would definitely be back, thank you.
“Excellent Hotel”
Stayed for two nights in March 08 and was very happy. The staff provided good service and had no problems arranging a late check out. Excellent location for access to Sky Tower and Sky City. Ten minute walk from Habourside area. Highly recommended.
“I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Auckland”
We arrived after a 24 hour stay at the LAX then the 14 hour flight to NZ, you can visualize how we felt/looked... staff took us up to the 7th floor to shower/change while our room was prepared and we were checked in over 2 hours early. Concereige gave us maps, referrals & coupons for meals and sight seeing. All tours were booked thru them and we had no problems. Hotel was a bit pricey but the luxury was worth it. Bed was comfortable, amenities very good and staff amazing!
“Wonderful Hotel”
My wife and I stayed on the 19th floor and experienced a wonderful view of the Auckland harbor which I would strongly recommend. The hotel provides for most amenities and the facilities are very clean and modern with comfy beds. The staff was helpful and very courteous and provided us with all information (and several coupons to city attractions) that we could want. Further, an initial dispute with my bill was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. All told, this was about as good a stay as I could have expected.
“It's fantastic!”
We loved it! It was the perfect place afer a long flight from the States. The room was lovely, the facilities were great and the location was very convenient for all of the downtown Auckland sights.
