“Apartment at a hotel price”
Downtown Auckland - within walking distance from SkyCity and Queen Street. The front desk was very helpful with directions or extra towels. The price was comparable to hotel rooms downtown, but included a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room.
“Best View of the Harbor”
The view from the hotel room was spectacular. You could see the Harbor and the beautiful view of the bay.
“Great Place”
We were staying overnight before returning to Wellington as it was a birthday present and have to say it was a nice surprise. Everything was great and friendly service. If we had the time we would have definitely stayed longer. We even enquired about the terms if you were to stay for longer periods of time - that's how impressed we were with the place. So thanks Quest for making our stay memorable and comfy.

This hotel was the perfect location for what I needed. I wanted something as close as possible to the Dorothy Winstone Theatre. This hotel was a few minutes drive there and back which was perfect for early morning and late night rehearsals. The room was serviced every day - unlike Auckland appartments I have stayed in before. The car park was tight but even I managed to park in the spaces allbeit slowly! The hotel is not directly in the centre of Auckland but is in walking distance. I read on a review here that the lower rooms were noisy so I requested a room on the higher levels. We had no problem at all with noise but a friend who was on level 4 said she did get woken by the noise of traffic. I will definitely be staying there again next time we need to be close to the theatre.
“Highly recommended”
Initally, we only booked one night at the Quest, but when we got to Auckland we decided to stay an extra 2 nights. We were given an harbour view room with spectaular views and a view of the Sky Tower from the bedroom. The rooms were modern, clean and the service was excellent. The location is within walking distance to all the major attractions in the CBD. I feel the Quest serviced apartments are better value for money than any hotel in Auckland. We're definitely staying there on our next trip across the Tasman.
“Comfortable and Convenient”
This hotel was a great place to stay for a few nights in Auckland. The room was comfortable, and they even had passes to a small gym located two blocks away. The washer and dryer were a welcome amenity, considering we had already been traveling for a week. I did not take advantage of the broadband, as I find it a little on the expensive side. The front desk was accomodating, and they even had a roll-away bed ready to go. A quick call to the desk got us a few more towels. I would recommend it to anyone, except the high-end traveler who might desire a more posh setting. Finally, while I paid for a "harbor view," the harbor was not woth viewing, and the sight lines were pretty awful. So don't bother with the extra cost of that offer.
“conveniently located”
conveniently located, close to town centre, victoria market and viaduct harbour. Very comfortable with all facilities - including washer and drier.
“No-frills serviced apartment”
A no-frills serviced apartment. Great value for the price. Kitchen full of appliances and dishware. Washer/dryer in the bathroom. Don't expect to be pampered: the lobby is not even staffed most of the time. Good experience overall. From the description, I expected it to be closer to harbor, but it's. 20-minute walk, if that makes a difference to you.
