The reason why I chose this hotel is it’s near the cruise port. But it is not walkable with luggage as there are flights of stairs to climb to get to the cruise port. Having to use a taxi to cruise port, there are many much better options for this rate.

Sorry to say that we were not impressed with your property. There were some good aspects such as the kitchen facilities and the spaciousness of the room. The beds were also comfortable. Your location is also good and close to facilities and places of interest. As for the rest, not impressed at all even moreso when you consider the price we paid. Tiles were cracked throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Drapes were all hanging loose and very difficult to close. The bathroom was not clean with sealant hanging of the bottom of the shower door. Tap discharge from the sink in the bathroom spurted everywhere. Breakfast should be included not the extra $25 per person. When you provide kitchen facilities surely a small table and chairs to eat your meal should be provided. Your staff do not appear happy and seemed rather surly, a total contradiction to the happy people we met elsewhere in Auckland. I have taken photos to confirm what I'm saying. We stayed in room 510.

Have stayed many times here. However, this might be the last Room was on level 1 very very noisy, on site it say view but no only a view of a tree, something on the back or bathroom door. i hope it was just dirt! Was a let down this time!

Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently close to everything you need in the city. A very easy four minute walk to Queen street. Staff were very accommodating and the place just had a great vibe. Social, while remaining respectful to guest's privacy.
