“great way to finish our hoilday”

we had had a great week in Auckland over Xmas and going to this hotel was just the finish that we had hoped it would be, the staff were very helpful to point us in the right direction to find things near by and help with making sure we were happy.

“Average hotel”

Was exactly what I expected. Average hotel, great for the one night we spent there. I recommend taking a shuttle from the airport, it was less expensive than a taxi and the shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes.

“Good place to stay”

We were pretty happy with the hotel itself, but there really isn't anything near it except for the airport. We stayed here the last couple of nights before we left the country and found it a good place to wind down from our travels and prepare for the trip home. For those looking to experience Auckland, you may be better off finding somewhere closer to downtown.

“Well worth it”

It looks a little worn but everything was well maintained and clean with friendly and helpful staff. We were coming in after midnight and needed a place near the airport and this fit the bill--I'm glad we used this place.

“overall service was good”

Everything is was ok. Shuttle to/from airport and internet accesss is not included on price. It cost an additional 10 dollars for a to/from trip to airport. Internet speed is slow and the charge is based on download limit

“Good Stopover Hotel”

We used this Hotel for a Stopover. To get there catch the 1/2 hourly (on the quarters) bus from terminal door 8. (Have $5 return fare handy). Arrived in small hours, easy check-in, quiet room. Good attitude from all staff. Looked after bags for us whilst touring Auckland. Excellent value.
