“Suprisingly charming and comfortable and CHEAP”

At first I wasn't sure how nice it would be inside, judging from the outside. but it was suprisingly really amazing inside and really well kept. smelt a bit of smoke, but overall was really enjoyable :)

“OK moderate priced motel”

A moderate priced motel in decent neighborhood a 10 min. drive from the center of Auckland. A bit run down but adequate, with free parking. Room ok with small refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, comfortable bed. If driving, close to Gillies Avenue motorway exit so easy access on and off motorway.

“Never again”

We needed to stay near to Mount Smart Stadium (we went for a concert) and it wasn't too far away (caught up in rush time traffic added to the journey) and this was the only place we could find that wasn't fully booked. The staff were friendly when we checked in but we were so dissapointed with the room. The bedcovers were very grubby and looked like they needed a good wash (or new ones) ,although the sheets were clean. We felt most uncomfortable but as time was an issue we didn't have time to complain or find an alternative and had already paid in advance. Definately wouldn't recommend this to anyone with even low standards of hygeine! and won't be staying again.
