Super hôtel dans le quartier du CBD d'Auckland avec une jolie vue sur le port. Très agréable pour se balader que ça soit en journée, ou le soir. Tous les restaurants nécessaires. Excellent petit-déjeuner, excellente literie. La chambre était très propre et tout le monde très souriant et professionnel.

Noisy (very noisy!!) and very very slow service.
Waited 15mn to check out (only one lady before me), and left without even checking out as it was taking too long.
Noisy rooms (we can hear everything from the next room, and also from the street).
Comfortable bed however, but this is the only good thing.

Hôtel très bien placé mais il y a d’importants travaux juste devant l’hôtel rendant le séjour très peu agréable

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel très agréable.
Cependant un seul d'entre eux parle français.
Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and clean.
We had a great meal in their restaurant one evening as well and liked the outside seating area.
Hotel has an excellent location.

Hotel was nice and staff were very helpful. Convenient spot to viaduct, shopping, eating out, transport etc. Room was a bit small and slightly dated, but overall it was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just right. The room was large, clean and the views were great. The highlight was the breakfast and the staff. Well done.
