The 110 guestrooms at Chifley Suites Auckland feature kitchens, which include stovetops, microwaves and refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, dishwashers, and cookware and dishes. Living rooms are furnished with sofa beds.

“Enjoyed the views”
Great place to stay while in Auckland without a car. It was close to the Sky Tower and you could walk to the harbor.

Had a fabulous stay in this hotel. Was beautiful and very reasonably priced. We paid for 2 nights and got the 3rd night for free.
“Best hotel room on the entire trip”
If you want a modern hotel with a central location, this is the hotel to stay at. Don't let the small lobby fool you. The room we had was very spacious with all the conveniences (full kitchen, washer-dryer) and comfort of home, though we did not see an a/c unit (i'm sure it can get pretty hot in Auckland), but that did not matter much for it was fairly cold anyways. Only real complaint was for the key card which you need use in order to use the elevator for it worked off and on (though they said that they were getting new key cards). One matter of safety is they need to install lights in all areas of the stairwell for we had a fire alarm and had to use the stairwell to get out. Some areas were completely dark, I had to use the flashlight on my phone to help guide some people down. Those were the only issues I had, other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Chifley and in Auckland, only wish it could have been longer
“We really liked this place”
This was a great place. We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to go back to New Zealand. The location is very good -- easy walking distance to the harbour, the Sky Tower, a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and Queen Street for shopping. The suites are large and very well equipped and the view from the upper floors is wonderful. You can watch people bungee jumping from the Sky Tower and see the sailboats out in the harbour. Parking is just around the corner but you can load and unload in front of the hotel. Helpful staff.
“Chifley Suites Auckland VERY GOOD”
Very nice hotel, friendly staff and very helpful, our room had everything we needed and was quite spacious and we stayed for 2 weeks. Situated very close to main shops, sky tower, bus travel and a short 5 min walk to the water and ferries. Couldn't have had a better time.
“Great Place to Stay.”
Fantasic location...1 block from Queen street/ 3 blocks from harbour. Apartments were very comfy and the the view from the harbour side of builing were immense. Staff were vere friendly and had no problem helping with queries...checking in early or checking out late. Only slight problem was that there was a nightclub around the corner....you COULDN'T hear the music but you here people shouting outside at times. Fine if you shut the windows.

“Clean and Roomy”
This was a great location - easy to walk to all attractions and view was incredible. The room was neat and tidy - we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which nicely accomodated 5 of us.

“Auckland 's best and impressive hotel!”
Our stay was beyond our expectation. It was really value for money. The suite is big and well-taken care. Everything is there and it is like a home away frm home. It is also located right in the city and convenient to places of interest like the Sky Tower, DFS, shopping areas and Ferry wharves.
