Best Western BKs Pioneer Motor Lodge offers 37 guestrooms. Rooms are furnished with recliner armchairs and desks. Televisions come with satellite channels and free movie channels. Complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access is provided along with direct-dial phones and complimentary newspapers. Acommodation's at this 4.5-star property have kitchens or kitchenettes with refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include either spa baths or showers, makeup/shaving mirrors, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Courtyard views are featured in guestrooms. Separate sitting areas, separate dining areas, and coffee/tea makers are also included. Housekeeping is provided and extra towels/bedding can be requested. Cribs (infant beds) and rollaway beds are also available. Rooms are accessible via exterior corridors.
Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in June 2009.
Access units are also available.

“Hotel Experience”
Our room was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor, which is good for me. The staff was very helpful in helping us find a good restaurant for dinner. They brought a lovely breakfast to our room before giving us a free transfer to the airport.

We had two visits, at the start and end of our trip to New Zealand. Hosts, Ruhki and Ramesh, were very helpful, conveying us from and to the airport and also to a nearby restaurant. They also offered to collect us from the restaurant. Our rooms were spacious, spotless and comfortable, staff, friendly. Breakfast, brought to the room, was substantial. On our second visit, we had one between two of us. During our stay we took the bus tour of Auckland. Ruhki arranged this and had us picked up at the door by the tour company and dropped off at the end of the day.

No meal options as self-contained units - BUT meal options exist directly across the road - breakfast/lunch/dinner. Free transfer to and from airport was timely and efficient.
“Good hotel to use near Auckland Airport”
Hotel is only a few years old. Rooms exactly as decribed, good quality furnishings, lots of space, reasonably equiped kitchen, good enough to cook a basic meal. TV in sitting room and in the bedroom, good size bathroom. Phoned hotel from the airport and was picked up within 10 minutes by a friendly person from the hotel (at 11.00pm) and taken back for the filight the next day at the time booked. Would use it again
“Great Auckland Airport Hotel”
Great hotel close to the airport
“Just what we needed!”
WE only had 24 hours in Auckland and this Hotel was just great. It is a little far from the city (clise to the Airport) but a relatively easy taxi ride got us there. Pick up and drop off to the Airport was great!
“The personal touch”
This was excellent value for money. They picked us up from the car hire drop off as well as provided an airport transter.The room was large,clean and modern.The room also had basic facilities for heating a meal and there are plenty of nearby retaurants and takeaways.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether an enjoyable experience.
“Close to Airport”
I was looking for accommodation close to airport due to an early flight. I found it to be very clean, well maintained spacious and very friendly. It has a shuttle service as well which is very convenient.I would defiantly stay again.
“Great airport hotel”
I was very impressed by the hotel and the free shuttle to and from the airport (24 hours). Owners are very pleasant and this is a great place to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight the next day. Recommended.
“A real bed after 5 weeks in a campervan!”
Just returned froam a 5 week trip to NZ. We had booked this hotel through expedia hoping that it would be clean, comfortable and fairly close to the airport. We were not disappointed and after 5 weeks in a campervan it was a real pleasure to stay in a large, well appointed and comfortable room. No restaurant at this hotel but there's a good one just down the road (called Bar and Bar). Happy to reccommend this hotel.
