It was a nice one night stay. Room was clean and nicely done.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minutes of it. Staff was nice and polite the room was big and clean. We are definitely going back in May. Same hotel but for 4 nights.

The hotel was very good, staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Tthe services in the casino is very slow and it could use a few more servers. I waited 4o minutes for a glass of wine I will recommend the Hotel to my friends.

Our room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Overall things were a little dated...but clean. Would go back again.

“Showboat Hotel in AC”

Five of us stayed at the Showboat hotel in AC for one night in two rooms on the 10th floor on May 9th. The rooms were good, clean and comfortable (even had a small refrigerator) but with very limited ocean view. What we saw was mostly the garage of the other hotel. We used self parking which was very close and cost only $5. We ate breakfast in one of the restaurants (forgot the name) at the Showboat, but we did not like it at all even though it was quite expensive. What I did not like about the hotel was the absence of any flexibility of their personnel. We were late for the show in another hotel and asked if we could leave the car in front of the hotel, check in, take our stuff up, and go. They said no, we had to give the car key to them and they would take the car to a valet parking, and when we finished with checking in we would need to ask them to bring it back. We did not have time for that so we had to go to the show without changing. I can understand the rules but sometimes it can not work for people. If not for that incident and awful breakfast the stay at the hotel would be quite pleasant. By the way, the roads in the city are awful.

“Good value for mid week price.”

Check in was quick and easy. Prices as quoted. Staff at desk and cleaning staff were pleasant. There is no free WIFI in the room - you have to walk to one of the restaurants within the hotel for WIFI service. The carpets were very stained and there were stains on the walls in the bathroom, otherwise the room was pleasant. The TV is quite outdated but it did work fine. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The windows inside and outside were quite dirty. For the mid week price, I would definatley stay there again and recommend to friends.

everythings was fine !!!great hotel ..great poker room and tournement schedule !!but the only thing with this hotel is the fact that you heard everythings from the room next to you and from the hall...you have the feeling that someone close the door of your bathroom when its in fact the neibour who shut is room door !! !!

“don't let the cheap price fool you”

very good hotel for the price! close to everything, friendly service. Bathroom just got renovated and looked very good. Good experience overall!
