Unfortunately sheets and some towels stained. Also lamps dusty but the staff was Excellent and very kind. The place itself is outdated but the lobby is very nice and big conference room. I would stay again there but I would definitely make sure all bed sheets are changed and they should throw away stained towels and such.

Very nice desk service. Clean and convenient to transport and shopping and to some casinos. Hotel needs a renovation, but it’s a good alternative to casino hotel. Will return.

The property is located in a good area, close to shopping and transportation. The staff were very nice. The rooms are too outdated and the carpet was extremely stained and dirty (I did not trust putting my bare feet on it). The towels were stained with questionable marks. Some of the pillows covers looked dirty. The pillows were super uncomfortable and made my neck hurt. Overall, the rooms need a complete makeover.

There rooms need to be updated. I was there for one night and everything else was nice, the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The location is convenient for shopping and traveling especially if you're attending any event at the AC Convention Center.

this property is not really up to sheraton standards..needs a remodel asap to charge the price they are charging and look like a Sheraton hotel. maybe clean the bathrooms a little better and pit some pressure on the toilet water.

I didn’t like the room I was given had a split room door to another room and it was unlocked. Also rooms was hollow you can hear clearly the hall noise and the neighbors noise from that door in our room

Rugs had dirty spots and bed pillow had make up left on the pillow case. The beds are very uncomfortable. Tub needs to be grouted and there was a crack inside the toilet bowl. Mirror was very dirty in the bathroom as well. They need to focus on updating each room. They haven’t updated anything in years. You can see the years in the room. Positives-check in staff very sweet and fast

I booked and room with a king bed there were none available and I had to get a double bed. The room had a terrible odor that I had to request air freshener and wipe the room down for it to smell better. The water takes forever to get hot I took to Luke warm showers. The property could use some renovation
