Overall services - the experience was good.
Valet service was courteous and fast to bring back my car each time it was required. Room was not ready upon arrival and ended up with 2 double beds instead of a king size as required.

Hôtel très bien situé sur le Boardwalk et en face de la mer. Nous avions payé un supplément pour une chambre fraîchement rénovée… pas certaine qu’elle était fraîchement rénovée, mais elle était propre et de bonne dimension

Hôtel bien situé. Mais pas de vanité dans la salle de bain pour mettre ses effets. L'eau dans le bain s'écoulait mal. J'ai dû changer de chambre car dans la première, j'entendais les bruits de l'ascenseur. Il n'y avait pas de bruit dans la 2e chambre.

Front desk staff needs to improve. Be more friendly, welcoming, smile! Boardwalk entrance looks terrible and not appealing at all. Only one entrance out of two is open on side of hotel. Found that strange. Makes entrance / exit more complicated than necessary. Bed frame was dusty on top.

Front desk staff needs improvement. At check in, the agent checking me in did not smile at all during the whole process. Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk. This includes a smile on your face instead of looking miserable. My first morning there, I called the front desk only to ask the hours of operation for the pool and the phone literally rang for TWO MINUTES before someone answered. Our phone call lasted all but 10 seconds. I understand front desk can get busy BUT the phone should be answered at least within it ringing 4 times. NOT two whole minutes. What if it had been an emergency??? What excuse would front desk and the hotel have then for not answering the phone much sooner?

When I got to the hotel, they gave me room 525 walked into the room. It smelled really bad like someone just had sex. It look like somebody was laying on one of the beds went downstairs to make a complaint got down there. Try to tell us there was no other rooms available as far as to stay in that room for the night and they will accommodate us the next day. I said no I will not say that wrong it smells too bad. You can smell it in the hallway, eventually she gave us another room the next day we asked for House Keeping. They took the sheets that we had on the bed and put them back on the bed as we put them on the floor the day they did the same thing I took the sheets off the bed. They pulled the sheets up from off the floor and put them back on the bed and I went downstairs and complained again , she told me that she will stable be for free for that night and I will get $100 food voucher the next day we asked for House Keeping again after we constantly kept putting a sign out there to clean the room the house most of the housekeepers did not speak English we’re getting upset And also from the day that we were there, someone was going by Rattling handles on the door trying to get in the rooms and we went to the pool. The pool needed to have more chlorine in it. You could tell that people were just peeing in the pool and was not getting out so I could not even enjoy the pool, and the more you complain really anything was was being done I did not get the free night I was charged

It started off a little rough with check in... the lady first told me i couldn't change my card to pay for the room, then gave me a key card with no room information...after that, it was smooth sailing. My family and i enjoyed our 3 day stay at Resorts. We will be back when the weather is warmer.

My self and my children enjoyed the stay at Resort's hotel , boardwalk accessible, local to steel Pier many other shops. The view was amazing. Food court gave great options. That was delightful. My only bro issue was the mildew smell in the closet area of the hotel room.

Our room was huge and very nice, except for a grease stain on the chair. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino was good, our breakfast at Breadsticks restaurant was good, with a nice window view of the ocean, surfers and dolphins. Right on the boardwalk. The stairwell of the parking lot was dirty and gross, really the only downside of this place, just be sure to use the elevator instead!

Checkin was smooth and quick. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice overall. It was pretty clean overall. The only the thing bad thing about the room was the glass shower door. It was a significant amount of white residue on the glass shower door. Resort was nice. Everything you need right on property so you really dont have to leave if you dont want too. Overall i would stay again.

It was a problem with the room, I came down and spoke to the hotel manager and she told me that Expedia gave me the wrong information, it was supposed to be a suite and since the refrigerator wasn’t working the manager got me the right room I was supposed to have with an up charge of 60$ per day, I checked out and seen that they charged me an extra 86.46. I’m not happy and would appreciate if you can address this issue, thanks in advance!
