“WILL STAY HERE AGAIN”
Long check-in line which could have been avoided if more check-in staff was available. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
“"Looking forward to a near future visit"”
Quality of Front Desk was wonderful. They were friendly and welcomed us each time we had to visit the front desk. Location was a plus. We were able to cut through indoors to Caesars Palace and get to the outlets sooner. All in all, upfront service was great and we had no complaints with our room. Looking forward to pay another visit to Ballys in the upcoming months!
“Great room, Great price”
I stayed in the main section of the hotel - room was beautiful - flat screen tv. Stylish bathroom. Great price.
“Great price, Great location”
Unless you are a high roller, you cannot get better value for your Atlantic City dollar. Easy check-in, good location on the boardwalk, good value and nice sized room.
“Will be going back again”
I really like the hotel. I thought that the staff were respectful, friendly, and approachable. My family and I were greeted by staff almost everyday of our stay. In addition, I enjoyed the access to the boardwalk and the outlets from the hotel. I even like the fact that the hotel was wheelchair and stroller accessible. I believe that my family and I were safe due to all the cameras being around as well as the security staff. I will be going back again.
“Good quality”
We got a lovely room in the Bally's Tower. It was clean and comfortable. The room needed a bit of updating but had a wonderful time in a fine hotel. Located on the beach, next to shopping. They charge for use of the indoor pool, but you can use the pool at the Claridge for free.
“Mostly Great”
Loved the room and what an awesome view but the ridiculous fee they charged to have internet every day was a little bit outrageous. It would've been nice to have this available in order to decide what we wanted to do in Atlantic City but none of us were willing to pay for it! An otherwise fantastic place!
“Great girl time”
Our only recommendation would be for better lighting in the rooms. Need more receptacles for curling irons.
“It pays to complain”
We booked a "deluxe" room with Expedia. When we got to the hotel they gave us a standard room in the Claridge Tower. 15 minutes of complaining got us moved to their Garden Tower, a major upgrade. That room was really great!!! We went to both the Bikini Bar and the Blue Martini Bar in the hotel. The service in both bars was terrible. In the Blue Martini we waited over 35 minutes for a waitress before just going to the bar directly. In the Bikini Bar, we had to literally walk to a waitress and ask her to serve us. Not sure why their bars are so poorly managed.
“we will go back!”
The balley's was very nice, The check in lie was long but moved right along to our surprise, when we got there I asked if we can be put in the Dennis section of the hotel and they said no problem they had some vacant, we were totally pleased ,The room was spacious and very neat and clean, Our cleaning personel were very helpful and efficent. great coffee in our room everyday!.we were very impressed especially since before we left I read some pretty negative reviews and was a little hesitant about going but we needed to get away and didn't have much choice of hotels in our price range, therefore we were extremely happy for what we got.thanks to expedia for all their help also, everything went very well and we had a very nice 3 days...check out was a breeze. The resturants in the hotel were delicious and priced nicely,we sure had plenty to eat.Everyone was very nice and helpful.
